Brian, in maintenance ensures the building is always running smooth and keeps residents informed of fire drills with Alexa Announcements. Lisa keeps residents excited about activities and musical performances by sending reminders to residents on their very own Alexa Echo Show device. Crystal, prioritizes resident care, ensuring doctors, pharmacy and therapies are All working together to ensure quick medication delivery and preventive measures are taken to keep your loved ones safe. Mashawn and Megan in the business office and marketing are some of the residents favorite people and help the families all stay in the know of what's going on with their loved ones. I have toured many senior living communities, but this one is lead with care by Caleb, the Executive Director. He is a man of integrity always working to ensure everyone is supported with love and care. Their staff is happy and they invest in technology and services to increase quality of life. I am not surprised, as I have continue to be impressed by Century Park as a company. But there is something about this community that is incredibly special. You can't help but feel a sense of peace when you are in their presence. I worked there two years in maintenance and I enjoyed learning and getting to know the residents. The management is really good they communicate effectively! This is a great place to work especially if you love helping elderly people.

I am so thrilled with the Bridges!!! Kristen Weitz, Sales Director, who I call my angel, was instrumental in helping me get my mother in the best assisted living facility ever-The Bridges of Ooltewah. The staff is friendly, professional and most of all kind!! The food and activities are outstanding. I can finally rest that my mother is getting the best care possible after suffering a stroke. The staff at the Bridge are simply AMAZING. My Mom receives a high level of care with continuous support, always greeted with a kind heart, and very well respected. They do such a phenomenal job with activities and celebrating holidays in what could be a very lonely time for some. The meals are nutritious & always sound delicious with a good variety to meet any dietary needs. Having her live at the Bridge gives me 100% peace of mind as we navigate our way through the stages of dementia. I would highly recommend the Bridge to anyone needing care for a loved one.

I interned at the Bridge at Ooltewah this past summer and I learned so much! The directors are amazing as they strive everyday to deliver quality care to each resident. I enjoyed so much spending time with the residents, going to the weekly tea parties, and listening to live music in the dining room with them. This community is filled with so much joy and love!

The residents are what make The Bridge a great place. As a former employee I enjoyed working with them and learning from life experiences they would share with me. I felt they were adding more to my life then I was to theirs. The entire staff does a great job of making it a fun and exciting place to live with trips to the zoo, sightseeing tours, and the regularly thrown community outreach events are the best. The fall festival of 2020 had a huge turnout, and the residents really enjoyed all the festivities.

Our dear mother was a resident of The Bridge at Ooltewah for 13.5 months. Jill and her staff were there for Mom until she breathed her last breath. The warmth, sincerity and professionalism shown to the residents and the families of the residents are unsurpassed. The facility is clean, beautiful and homey. And, we would be remiss if we did not mention that the food is delicious! We could always sleep easily knowing that Mom was getting the best of care. My mother has resided at the Bridge for the past 4 years. The COVID protocols were a challenge to deal with, but throughout, the staff was supportive and caring and found the balance between ensuring the resident's safety from the virus and allowing them to maintain a connection with friends and family outside the facility. I am convinced that the director has a truly compassionate heart and a love for her job and the residents who she cares for. Her attitude is reflected by the entire staff at the bridge. My interactions with the staff at The Bridge has, with few exceptions, been positive and characterized by pleasant, compassionate, support for my mother and her needs. There are daily activities and frequent high quality entertainment brought in for the enjoyment of the residents. The Bridge has not escaped the staffing challenges that have hit every segment of the economy, but they have managed to navigate the challenge of sometimes being short-staffed while still meeting the needs of the residents. The Bridge is a beautiful facility with a competent caring staff that enhances the life of my mother in a way that exceeds what she would have experienced in her own home. She has frequent family visits, friends, and daily activities while having her medication and medical needs attended to by a competent staff. I am grateful for Jill and the staff at The Bridge and for the love that they have shown my mother.

This place is amazing. I moved my mom from another assisted living which service, food and care was not very good. The Bridge offers menu style meals, nurses on staff at all times, secure entry into the property and patient rooms, friendly staff and most of all they take care of your loved ones like they are family. Jill Day is the property manager and you will not find anyone in this role at another facility that cares for her tenants more than she does. I promise it's worth your time to check the Bridge At Ooltewah out if you are looking for somewhere to care for a loved one.

I have been very impressed with The Bridge /Ooltewah. My mother has lived there since they opened and has always enjoyed it. She stays busy with all the activities they offer. She has met many friends and loves all of the wonderful employees. They really care about the residents and go above and beyond to take good care of them and cater to all of their needs. They are definitely extended family members. I am comforted to know my mother is happy in a fun and clean environment and that she is being taken care of.

My parents lived there for well over three years before they passed away. The building and grounds are beautiful and their apartment was exactly the size they needed. Most importantly, all the associates were very kind and truly cared about each resident and their families. When I lost my parents, 8 months apart - not COVID related, the associates at The Bridge felt like family showing me love and support. I cannot say enough about The Bridge at Ooltewah and highly recommend their community.

My parents have been at The Bridge for just under 2 years. My father recently experienced health issues causing him to go to 2 ERs and a rehab facility. Throughout the entire experience the staff at The Bridge was the most compassionate, caring and competent of any facility. These people don't just consider it a job to work there, they truly care for the residents. They know them intimately, understand their needs and wants, and try to make each day special. I cannot imagine a better situation for my parents. I will be forever grateful to the staff at The Bridge for helping care for my folks.

I went for a interview and passed everything but when it got to other stuff they went back when I graduated high school and in 1998 I'm 42 years old now and I think it unfair that they went back that far on a old cases...then the they have big black dog not even on a it don't have a lash on or nothing and the lady at the front desk told me if I wanted to work there I need to get to the dog walking around without a lash on

My mother lives at The Bridge at Ooltewah and has since the first week they opened this absolutely beautiful residence. We were very fortunate The Bridge was our choice where my mom could live independently and be assisted at a moments notice should she need it. People at The Bridge make it excellent for the residents to live as comfortable and vibrant as possible. The food is first class and the service is excellent at meal times. Plenty of activities for the residents. Personally ,I believe The Bridge is a godsend for me. I love the staff .They understand our needs and make the best attempt to achieve those high standards for my mom. I know we made the best choice in all of Chattanooga. A residence my mother can call home.

I've been in the industry for over 20 years and had the opportunity to tour this "soon to be open" community. It is the most impressive physical building for assisted living that i have ever set foot in! Absolutely gorgeous finish level, excellent community design, breathtaking common areas and views. If you're looking for assisted living in the Chattanooga, TM area, you should definitely look at The Bridge.
