I just want to say after visiting a friend here and seeing how he is treated and the care given to him is absolutely outstanding. I ran into a worker there Robert I think his name was who gave me a run down of the facility and what all is envolved on a daily basis as to what it take to care for clients is outstanding. Robert was very knowledgeable and impressive to say the least, that guy knew everything. I wouldn't be surprised if he's not running the entire facility one day. I certainly will keep Sorrento in mind if and when I need to go somewhere or if I run into people who need quality care and knowledgeable people to ask for information about a facility like Robert!!! Awesome, keep up the good vibes out there and for God's sake give Robert a raise or some sort of bonus!!!

Veronica Pineda/CNA has been an angel sent to us. She is attentive, knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. She doesn't have to be asked if we need assistance; initiates and follows through without hesitation. So empathetic. When she's on duty I am able to get a good night sleep.

I was a resident for post-surgical skilled nursing, for 3 weeks. The entire staff is exceedingly knowledgeable and kind. The social worker and finance manager both fought for my care with insurance. I would suggest Sorrento to anyone needing short-term or long-term care for themselves or a family member.

Mrs Cervantes was my family members favorite person, she always took the time to be respectful and listened even if it's not her job to do so.

I am writing this post to commend Sorrento Rehab and Nursing as I have been working and I transferred from a sister facility. I see the compassion, and empathy of care given to the residents. The relationship the employees have with families, is heartwarming. The attentiveness of the Management staff, and their availability to help. I was welcomed warmly, and made to feel as if I belonged. I look forward to being apart of this team!

There's a lot of hard workers in this building. The extra amenities are nice and help with feeling closer to home. The court yards offer a safe place for your loved one to get fresh air with some nice landscaping.

Sorrento is a great rehabilitation/long-term care facility. My grandmother has been staying here for about 2 weeks now, and the staff has been exceptionally helpful with her transition into a skilled-nursing facility. We initially went in for a visit to tour/learn about the facility and were met by the executive director, Monica Casteneda and another staff member, JJ, who both provided an abundance of information, as well as confidence my grandmother would do well in the facility. Since my grandmother's stay the staff members have been very caring and understanding of my grandmother's situation, especially as she can be a difficult patient. The CNAs who work with her, Erlinda and Sheila, are absolutely amazing. Their patience and care is very much appreciated. The PT staff at Sorrento are also wonderful, very motivating and friendly individuals, that generate an encouraging atmosphere.

My overall experience was an unbelievable nightmare, with the staff , but I am applauding the improvement of the front desk! The recent hire of Madison Howard as the front receptionist was a huge WIN for every person lucky enough to meet her. This is hopefully the beginning of raising the standards to a more professional level, that has been previously ignored. Madison is a professional of highest quality in every way, and demonstrate the most gracious skills, interacting with great compassion and empathy to everyone. Madison exhibits every quality required to elevate the image of any company she is involved. Kudos to the hiring of an exceptional professional!!!

We are truly blessed to have found this Nursing facility. My mom has dementia and is a quite difficult at times, however the The staff here at Sorento is amazing, they are very friendly, kind and very patient. From the Executive director Monica, Nurses like Erlinda, Ruby, Sheila, Luis, Eric, Melissa, therapist Martie, Kipp, Robert, Romeo to the housekeeping staff the keeps the room clean. And can't forget the dining room manager Joe that makes hospital food taste so delicious. I am so thankful knowing that my mom is in good hands. Thank you all for your teamwork and professionalism.
