My sister lived at Ridge View Gardens for only 1 year and 2 months. Brandi and Ruth welcomed her with open arms. They were very sweet and kind to sister along with the rest of the staff. My mother lived at Ridgeview Gardens for many years. It has been great to see the changes over the years from where it was to where they are now. I just want to say thank for the care and support they have provided my mother, I want to give a shout out to the entire team because I know it took so many people on her journey. You provided an amazing family Christmas get together that gave so many smiles to my mother and kids on her last Christmas that it will forever be in my family's memories and hearts. Our family are very thankful for the Director Brandi Neff who has built a solid, caring team to make my moms home feel like one. The staff from the Resident Care Coordinator, Med Techs, activities director, maintenance, Cooks, dining servers and CNA's are all a part of what make's Ridgeview a wonderful place. This place is amazing! The RCC and Director care so much about the residents and employees which trickles down to the rest of us! I work as a CNA and while this job is hard, it really does feel like a community here! The cooks and servers are so fun and play music and sing and the food is good! I eat 2-3 meals every shift! All the outside healthcare workers are so sweet too. Our new activity director is AMAZING and plan fun things despite a couple rules about Covid! The center of the build is open (like a courtyard) and so it's fun to bring a couple residents out to enjoy some sunshine when they please. This place is a great if you are looking for a place for family or friends whether it's to work or to live here!

Ridgeview gardens is an amazing facility. I have been able to be involved in performing monthly activities with the residents for years. The Residents are well cared for and very happy. The staff is incredible! Debbie has been the manager for this wonderful facility for 13 years. She loves and adores each and every resident and staff members.

My neighbor, who is a home health nurse, raved about this place when she heard I was looking at assisted living for my Grandma. It's tucked away off the main grid and easy to miss unless you know where to go (not far from the hospital). I'd looked at other places in town and even though some look very nice, they seemed too big and not so personable. Ridgeview is the perfect size. It looks and feels so homey and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and genuinely cared. The building is going through a remodel right now but will look awesome when it's completed. I had a mask on and was happy to see all the workers had masks on too. They took my temperature and asked me a few covid screening question before I went in. I spoke to a couple of ladies who live there and they told me they love living there and how great the staff were. I was relieved to know they are allowing scheduled inside family visits so the family will still visit Grandma. I totally left there feeling 1000 times better about Grandma needing to be in assisted living and can't wait to tell my siblings about it.

We moved my wife's aunt into Ridgeview gardens assisted living a few months ago. Like many others looking for an assisted living for a family member or self, we did our homework and looked at the different options in the area. When we visited Ridgeview, we walked in and were greeted nicely by a caregiver. We saw residents sitting in the lobby enjoying a social activity of some sort. The laughs and smiles were contagious. We went by on a weekend and while we walked around, we chatted with some of the residents living there. They all said great things about Ridgeview and how very happy they were. The other thing we noticed was that it smelled nice and clean (some other places we visited had a smell of urine or something). It's now been a few moths since my aunt moved in and as a family, we are thrilled we chose this assisted living. The management there are amazing! Debbie and Trisa get things done and are always happy to help. They are a great team. The cna's work so hard and you can tell they enjoy working their. Nancy does a wonderful menu each week and the food is very tasty. Thank you Ridgeview team for making my aunt's life that much more meaningful during her later years and in giving her family peace of mind in that she's well taken care of.

We were on a waiting list for a studio room and it was well worth the wait! Our sweet mother told us almost daily that we had found a wonderful place for her. She spent the last 7 months of her life there, being cared for by kind, loving, attentive people. Nancy the cook, prepared delicious meals and made sure mom was fed even on the days she was not well enough to come to the dining room. We were never charged extra for that service or for her laundry service. Piper planned and carried out fun activities that were well organized and always welcomed our participation. We loved the special monthly family activities and dinners. We felt like we were part of an extended family and have become attached to many residents as well as caregivers and administrator. Tressa kept us well apprised of all medical conditions and shared information about mom's happy times and "good days". Even in her passing, two of the CNA's were by her side and Dalton generously answered all of our questions about that experience. It gave us peace and comfort and we will forever be grateful. It was not uncommon to find mom with her hair in a tidy braid and every time we did, my heart was happy that Savannah or another CNA had taken the time to do that for her. I probably shouldn't mention names because that is leaving many out. When we were walking out the door with the last of mom's belongings, we got hugs and the upcoming calendar with a standing invitation to come back often. When our hearts have healed a bit, we will be joining our friends on one of their scenic bus rides. We have no complaints--only gratitude.

My mom moved from Oregon last spring and now lives at Ridgeview Gardens and she has really adapted well to her new environment well. She has midlevel dementia and the staff work well to assure she feels welcome, at home, cared for and listened to. When she first arrived the RN assessment was complete and all of her care needs addressed. The meals are consistently pleasing, I have lunch with her from time to time and we recently enjoyed a fabulous Christmas family meal at the hand of chef Nancy and team. The activities director Piper is so personable, friendly and makes my moms day bright with her smile and creativity. My mom gets out to shop, go to movies and to the dr. This makes my live easier, I can visit and encourage my mom without being overwhelmed by her day to day needs as I work full time and have a family to care for as well as my mom. The CNA's and other caregivers including Susan who greets you as you come in and answers the facility needs and messages are quick to respond to questions and concerns. Debbie the Director is also a friendly face and must keep good tabs on so many different things. She is present during all the family activities and came with Piper on the trip to the Jubilee of Trees this year. I work for Intermountain Healthcare and know first hand how valuable caregivers are to the patient and family members that depend on them! Thank you Ridgeview Gardens caregivers!

Amazing place every time I go in they're doing something fun or the piano is playing or someone is singing. Susan Goff plays and sings beautifully. The staff there seems to like and enjoy there jobs. When I have been there at lunch or dinner time the food looks and tastes delicious. Nancy the cook makes amazing recipes. I would 100% recommend this assisted living place to anybody that is looking .
