Deciding to place a loved one in assisted living is one of the hardest decision a family can make, and choosing Quail Ridge has given my family complete peace of mind. My loved one has been living there for the past year, and I truly can't say enough good things about this community. The environment is safe, welcoming and well maintained. The staff is genuinely caring, attentive and respectful. They truly treat residents like family. Quail Ridge offers a variety of activities that keep residents engaged, active and socially connected. It has been wonderful to see my loved one form friendships and enjoy meaningful social interactions. Most importantly, Quail Ridge feels like home for it's residents, a warm and supportive place where they are cared for with compassion and dignity. I would highly recommend Quail Ridge to any family facing this difficult decision.

Quail Ridge receives a five star rating on many levels. My Dad has flourished at this facility. The staff that oversees the day to day happenings are beautiful people with incredibly loving hearts. They care deeply for the residents and their families. The structure at this facility is very good. The meals they serve, the schedule the meals are served on, and the social interaction that meal time creates has blessed my Dad. He has gotten to know the other residents and developed great friendships with the residents and the staff. The activities that have been planned and carried out are meaningful and add variety to living at Quail Ridge. The observation that I have made as my Dad has become a resident at Quail Ridge is: They have done an excellent job of assisting with his basic needs. Because those needs are being met, it is possible for his energies and stamina to then be used in many meaningful ways. This brings joy that he hasn't had energy or the ability to have. I have been very grateful that there are eyes on my Dad, and that he can have his individual space as well. Thank You Quail Ridge!

I can't even begin to describe how grateful we are for the people at quail ridge. The staff is amazing. They take such good care of my parents and make them feel welcome and at home they made the transition of moving in an absolute ease. My parents feel so welcome and so at home right now. They have many activities for the people that live there. A nurses are amazing. They take good. Such good care and love on all of the the people that live there. This is an amazing place and I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone.

The staff at Quail Ridge have become so much more than people doing their job very well. They are family. From the time they walked us through of a tour of their facility, we have known this would be the next extension of our family. There is no way to capture the personalized, compassionate approach they take extend to each family they serve.

All staff have always been pleasant and kind. If needs arise they are dealt with and taken care of. Food is very good and healthy for residents. Atmosphere is positive and facility is always clean, smells good and maintenance issues are addressed. It’s been a good place to have our friend call home!

My father has lived here for almost 4 months and everyone is great! They take good care of the residents, provide great meals and housekeeping and laundry services! I love all of the receptionist. The Admin team is responsible side to any item brought to their attention. My dad loves going on bus rides and participating in the activities offered!

Flew up from Mexico to visit my aunt on her 98th birthday. Best facility of its type I've ever seen. The people do their job with genuine love. The food is great. 1st class ice cream! Worth every penny. Cant buy this kind of loving care. They genuinely care. Family , dogs, cats, all treated great. Addendum: Flew back up for my aunt's funeral. She lasted to 99 years old. Quail Ridge was still helping the family. They helped me press my suit and they attended the funeral. They were her Pocatello family.

Our mom has been a resident of Quail Ridge since August 2022. She loves living at Quail Ridge! In December of 2023 she became ill which precipitated some mental health struggles. When her illness became serious and she needed to go to the hospital, she did not want to go. Many staff members worked with her in a professional and caring manner to try and coax her to get treatment. Everyone was so patient with Mom. It was Phil, whom she had developed a fun relationship with already, that was able to convince her to go. Phil personally accompanied her to the ED and stayed with her late into the night, talking with her and keeping her company until she was admitted. It was a true act of kindness and going the extra mile! When thanking Phil in person he humbly replied, "I just didn't want her to be alone without someone she didn't know." We are very grateful for all the kindness extended during this frightening time for our mom. She's told us many times that "Phil is not just the maintenance man, he is my friend." This kindness is indicative of all the staff at Quail Ridge, who seem to truly love the residents.

We love this facility so much we have had 3 family members live there... each for an extended period of time. Everything is lovely, I love the staff, cleanliness, food, activities, assistance for my mom in times of illness, lovely rooms and building. I hope I can live here when needed.

My Mom has just been at Quail Ridge in Pocatello since January of 2020, and I can’t say enough good things about how pleased I am with the care she has received there. She loves the activities, the staff and the delicious meals and I love the staff’s professional and compassionate care of my Mom. I am also very grateful for their good communication with us, especially in the midst of the COVID-19 restrictions over this past year that we’ve all had to deal with. They have made every effort to keep us well informed and to keep things safe and pleasant for all of the residents. They also have provided free transportation to dentist & doctors’ appointments (including van with wheelchair lift) as needed. Without hesitation I am giving them 5 stars.

This is a very clean community and the staff are amazing. They go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that their residents are well taken care of. The meals in their dinning hall are delicious. I have eaten there many times and it has always been great food. From the care aids to the housekeepers, everyone is very friendly. A must see if you are looking for a place for your family members.
