Since my mom's admission in 2023, I have found the Oak Tree staff to be caring and willing to do whatever is needed for my mom. I highly recommend Oak Tree to anyone who might be looking for a quality assistant living facility experience.

My father (an unusually difficult personality) spent nearly 2 years at Oak Tree Manor ("OTM") and our family could not have been more pleased with the level of care and compassion they showed him during that time. Chris and her team ensured that he was always clean, well fed, and as content as possible - the best you could hope for him! Not to mention they kept the facility spotless. (It is because of their commitment to cleanliness and Florida state regulations that they were able to keep COVID out of the facility.) My experience with Oak Tree Manor showed that Chris, Jane and the team strive to make the final years of their residents' lives as healthy, comfortable, and happy as possible. As a result, I recommend Oak Tree Manor to my friends and family members seeking senior care in the Seminole area, and I would strongly recommend you consider Oak Tree Manor when looking for an assisted living facility for your loved one.

My father-in-law spent the last years of his life at Oak Tree Manor and during that time, Chris, Jane, and the entire staff did everything they could to make his life as happy for him as possible, such as making sandwiches his "special" way to ensure he would eat; crafting chocolate/banana smoothies (his favorite) for when regular food had become a challenge for him, and they even identified music lessons so that he could continue a pastime he loved. The facility is impeccably clean and is very well managed, in fact, we never received a bill with extraneous charges. (Something we discovered we had to pay attention to at other senior care facilities.) Finding the right senior care option for a loved one is a challenging experience, so we are forever thankful to have found Oak Tree Manor for my father-in-law. If you are seeking quality and compassionate senior care for your loved one, I strongly recommend Oak Tree Manor.

I have spent time volunteering at Oak Tree and it is a fantastic facility. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and truly cares about their residents. Chris is truly wonderful and I would not hesitate to send one of my family members, as I know there would recieve the best care around. Also, the facility is spotless at all times.

I visit this facility on a regular basis with my service dog for pet therapy for the residents. This is an amazing place. The owner, Chris, has great attention to detail. From the personal grooming of the residents, to the cleanliness of the facility, to the delicious home cooked meals, to activities on a daily basis....this place feels more like a home than an assisted living facility. I highly recommend Oak Tree Manor to anyone looking for a caring environment for their loved one.

OTM is a very small place, but the staff have very big hearts. I would not hesitate to consider putting my loved one here.

My brother with developmental delays has lived in many Assisted Living Facilities for decades. Most have offered poor or worse care. Oak Tree Manor offered him the best 14 months of his adult life. Chris hires the most compassionate and hardworking staff I've encountered in 50 years of overseeing Mark's care. Chris, Jane and staff sincerely love the residents and treat them like family. Their care in unequaled.

My mom has been in Oak tree Manor for 4 yrs. I love all the workers they take good care of the residents. The owner Christine is a very dedicated person to all of her workers and residents she truly cares for the residents that's why my mother is there. It's very hard to find a good place where the care is excellent. I would highly recommend this facility. Thank you for all you do.

Best facility in Pinellas County, residents are happy and the facility is very well kept. Workers interact with residents such as throwing the ball outside, exercise classes and walks outside for fresh air. Oak Tree Manor is an awesome facility and would be my first choice over any other ALF in the state of Florida. The owner Chris Gibree is the hardest worker I've ever seen she will go above and beyond for her residents to make sure they are happy and healthy.

My grandmother is in this facility and absolutely loves it! My mother is a nurse and can confidently say my grandma receives great care. The owner Chris runs a tight ship which is a good thing at a nursing home. The facility is clean and does not smell which is rare for nursing homes and my grandmother is always cleaned, dressed, and out of her room for the day. Having dementia, my grandmother will occasionally get up on her own which is expected with older folks, however the staff is attentive to each person's individual needs. We would definitely recommend this in to others who are looking for great care for their loved ones!

Until her recent passing, my mother was a resident of Oak Tree Manor for five years. When placing a loved one in a health care facility, the main concern is that they are well cared for - clean, fed nutritious meals, engaged in activities, and above all safe. Without exception, my mother received the most exceptional care at Oak Tree Manor. The owner, Chris Gibree, and her staff ensured mom ate her meals and bathed regularly. She was not an easy resident but Chris treated her with the utmost respect and cared for her like she was her own mom. I was advised immediately about any changes or concerns about her health. I was able to sleep peacefully knowing that my mom was under Chris' care. I would without reservation recommend Oak Tree Manor to care for your loved one.

my mom is in there. the place is very clean and the people who live there are well taken care of mostly. most of what the others said is true. chris is way too strict and a couple of the other staff are very rude at times. not a lot. i am owed money. but it could be worst. much worst. i would much rather her be elsewhere. she was forced into this place. i am not complaining much. but i do not want. but badly need the money i am owed. most the the staff are nice. including chris. chris is nice. but too strict. i could go on. but no. i got the feeling these reviews except mine are years old.

After multiple requests, Chris still owes us over $900 that she hasn't paid back in over a year. She practically threw our mom out, refusing to try to troubleshoot through the behavioral issues mom was having. (She was going to put her in a cab to a different facility while we were away on vacation!) She had no patience for the normal behavior of one who has Alzheimer's. Just another facility that looks nice when you walk in but is a sad disappointment. I gave it two stars because at least she was fed and had a roof over her head!
