September 2025
My husband was transported to the facility from the hospital after a bad fall at home that injured his toe. He is diabetic. His visit turned into long term. His health has declined since he's been there. As if that's not enough they never informed us of the cost until we owed $40,000. He was appointed a legal guardian who I was led to believed paid it. Now she says we owe $80,000. Their communication is terrible but several employees are very caring. They are short staffed. The result is a lack of patient attention.
