Many issues here. Dining room disruptions on a daily basis. Yelling and cursing among residents. Front door of facility is very difficult to maneuver by people in wheelchairs. Facility r REFUSES to replace it with an automatic door. Damaged bench in a public area has not been addressed after numerous attempts. The smell of marijuana is prevelant on most nights, and no action has been taken. Bulk mail delivery is typically delayed by 2 or 3 days on average. A resident selling narcotics on the 2nd floor has not been adressed. WIFI access is spotty at best. A new rule just put into effect; the facility has just instituded a request that prizes for Bingo, be donated by the residents.

The place is brand new the staff was extra courteous while taking a new resident. They had everything anyone would need to start a new life all brand new including toothpaste toothbrush body wash. New towels and beef linens. Great place.
