Maple Creek in Lakewood has such a warm and welcoming environment, and you can truly tell the quality of a community by the people who live there. The residents are happy, engaged, and socially connected in a way you do not always see in assisted living settings. Delsa has been absolutely pivotal in helping ensure residents receive proper and timely care. She is responsive, involved, and clearly committed to making sure needs are not missed. I truly appreciate having such a strong community partner looking after their residents. Adrian also consistently advocates for residents when it comes to supply and medication needs, which makes such a meaningful difference in day to day care. Lisa, the house LPN, brings a steady and caring presence, and you can tell she genuinely wants residents to feel supported and looked after. Kristina, the administrator, has helped create an environment that feels approachable, resident centered, and connected. Jessica has also been wonderful and very welcoming. I have recommended numerous people look into Maple Creek, especially when the social aspect of assisted living is critical to someone’s quality of life. A beautiful building is one thing, but happy residents tell the real story. Maple Creek has that.

It's a wonderful and wonderous campus. In Lakewood we live with the Eagles. Maple Creek is a very special place to live. We have the best staff that loves us dearly.

I moved my Dad and Stepmom in originally and loved the staff so much I moved my Mom in a year later! The staff is amazing. I love that the place is small and very homey feeling. Delsa goes above and beyond in everything she does. Food good and plenty of activities!!
