We would like to thank all of the staff at Right at Home for all of the care, help and support they showed us right from the start at our first in house consultation. Also we would like to acknowledge 2 individual care givers that catered to our Dad for several years. This was both Analiza and Michelle. Even though we could rarely be with these 2 care givers, we were able to communicate each week through our book that was so important to us that we feel we could not have done without. We also had the ability to text 7 days a week and received prompt responses that we didn't think we would get on a Sunday evening. The genuine care and compassion that we felt from the whole team was what gave us peace of mind. We can't say enough about this. Yes, we will always recommend Right at Home to anyone who asks. There is no hesitation to say that experience of working with Right at Home is beyond words. Staff here, is very experienced, polite, helping and caring towards clients. All their clients are well cared and satisfied from their services. I recommend people to trust them and give them a chance to serve you. RAH is an amazing company with wonderful staff as well. Jackie was very prompt to reply messages, nice, flexible to accommodate and adjust to my request as much as possible to meet my needs. My recovery journey after post surgery was much easier with their staffs helping out in home care. Never hesitant to help and punctual at all time. Very happy with our experience. The staff were all fantastic with mom, each in their own way. Cynthia was the steady hand, kind and compassionate. Ayo was our eager, helping hand. Doris was bubbly and enthusiastic. All three ladies were helpful not just with mom but with alleviating some of the burdensome, daily tasks that fell on my shoulders. I honestly hope to never have need to hire this company again, but should the need present itself I won't hesitate to call.
