I have worked for Right at Home for over 2 months now, I love the environment here. Everyone in office is very nice and caring, always help when I needed. This is a place really caring for their clients too, every employee has to pass strict background check to get the job, and we have nurses and social workers to do assessments before services start, to make sure clients get what they needed. I enjoy working here very much, and I would recommend to everyone around me if he-she needs home healthcare service!

I can not say enough nice things about my families experience with Right at Home! From the initial home assessment with Adrian to our wonderful caregiver Linda who is an angel sent to help my Mother who is almost 93 and dealing with dementia. We have been SO grateful for their warmth and comfort in giving us the help we needed in our day to day life with Mother. The entire staff has been very caring and easy to work with. I have been very pleased with the care I have received with Right at Home. The staff is very friendly and eager to please. My current caregiver has been with me for one year. She is like family, always willing to do what needs to be done without being asked. She is reliable, punctual, and always pleasant. I love her.

The staff at the office are some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. They love Jesus! And they work with your schedule. I cant say enough wonderful things about the staff and the caregivers at Right at Home. We used them on 2 occasions for my Mom before she passed. On both, they were incredible doing everything from cooking, laundry and cleaning to walking her dogs and keeping her company. The 2nd time we knew things werent as well and their caring and compassion showed with everything they did. Mom called them The Ladies and she really enjoyed having all of them there with her. Our family cant thank everyone there for making a really difficult situation a little easier for both Mom and the family. Kudos to all!

I have had the privilege of working within the Tyler office of Right at Home for the past 6 months. The staff is dedicated and collaborative in their effort to maintain great service for their client base. As you know, the home health industry presents many challenges in meeting the clients needs and though there are more difficult days and challenges with caregivers, I have observed the Right at Home team consistently push for excellence. The team cares not only about their clients well-being, but also strives to maintain positive relations with the clients family and positive feedback and recognition with their caregivers. I have worked with Right at home for a little over 2 years now. I absolutely love it. This is hands down the best company I have ever worked for. They are caring and compassionate about what they do. They are helping me in my journey to further my education. They are very family oriented. I was told when I got hired by Steven that they are family first and that is very true. He also told me that at 6 months they will help you get your CNA certification. I got started on mine after my 6 months of employment. Since then, I have gotten my CNA certificate and am currently in school pursuing a nursing degree. I have one client through Right at Home and have been with her for 2 years. I love my job and would recommend them for anyone.
