I would like to express gratitude for the wonderful picnic today at Edison Senior Apartments . On behalf of myself and the other tenants, Georgia, Dan and Mark did a nice job making preparations for the this event. The food and desert were good. It was great to socialize and enjoy the company of all who attended.

Very recently there was a leak in my ceiling from upstairs. Georgia immediately answered the phone, came to access the situation and got a hold of maintenance and they came and took care of the problem in record time. After they cleaned up Georgia stopped by to make sure I was satisfied.

We had a huge snowstorm last week and wow we were well taken care of! The snow plow truck came every few hours even in the middle of the night to keep up with the snow and did a great Job. Our two maintenance men Dann and Mark cleared our sidewalks and entry ways quickly too. So grateful to you guys. Great job!

Edison had its annual holiday party last Friday. It was wonderful. Mark and Dan and Georgia paid so much attention to detail and setting up our community room, including decorations on every table, including table cloths, and Holiday music and delicious food. We had lasagna, meatballs, chicken, salad, garlic, bread, and dessert. It was all delicious and the camaraderie and sense of community was so strong! I want to give Georgia, Mark and Dan credit for how wonderful they treat us here and how invested they are in the quality of our lives.

On dec 19th at the Edison senior apartments 1310 princetown road Schenectady ny a luncheon was hosted by Georgia manager ,Mark and Dan maintenance and Gina tenant'sdaughter Lasagna,chicken& potatoes was made by Mark and Meatballs made by Gina.there also was a table of all kinds of desserts.everything was delicious and everyone had a good time I want to take this time to thank them .it was greatly appreciated

Susan, Georgia,Dan Mark. From Edison Senior Apts in Rotterdam NY absolutely the best. They took care of my flood and also a new stove which is much better than the old one. My thanks to all of you. But trying to give my comments was a challenge of the new website.

Georgia, Dan and Mark did a great job dealing with the flood I had in my apartment due to a roof leak. I’m still waiting for new carpet and Sheetrock but they want to make sue the leak is fixed. The second thing my stove was not working for 4 weeks so they gave me a used stove to use in the meantime, until my new stove arrives at the end of October. Also Susan from corporate was amazing. I do need a new carpet because of the flood. But I do want stress EVERYONE WAS ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE EVER. Thank yor

The manager Georgia is very dedicated to her disabilities moved in almost three years ago and she has walked us through all the paperwork , and renewal of leases since with patience and professionalism. I have recently had the opportunity to sit with a good friend and help her with the process of applying to move in soon and again she is patient and thorough. I hope the residents know what an asset they have with this type of management.

Outstanding community living, and surprising excellent rental amenities. You get hot water as soon as it is turned on! Building constructed with firewall four-unit compartments that are separated by fire doors. Heat is paid for but you have to pay for general use utilities. Dedicated maintenance and building janitorial service ...I see them around every day. Landlord is present twice a week or more and very friendly & was very helpful with our move here. Landlord also showing outgoing empathy toward all the other Senior Tenants.

My husband and I had the opportunity of meeting, Georgia, the manager. She unselfishly guided us through the rental process. A devoted professional, consummate optimistic first class lady, bent over backwards in the new chapter of our lives. The maintenance men are also awesome. The grounds are beautiful and extremely well kept. We intend on living here for the rest of our lives. Moving was a great experience instead of being a nightmare. Many thanks to Edison Senior Apartments and staff.

This is a great place to live. The manager, G. Calamaras., cares about the tenants, makes the leasing and recertification process as easy as possible. She even bring your packages up to your door. Mr. D. Clark, Maintenance Superintendent, responds quickly to request and he and Mr. M. Brennan, Maintenance Tech, keep the grounds and building well maintained. The apartment are a nice size and with a great layout. Overall a nice place to be

CRM Management, My name is Michael Eplite and I reside at @ The Edison Senior Apartments on 1310 Princetown Rd, Schenectady,NY. I wanted to share my thoughts about my living experience at this living facility. I've been a tenant for 3 years and Edison Senior Apartments have been a great experience for me. Our office manager Georgia has been very helpful for anything I've ever needed and has always been a great help with any questions I've had. In addition, she will get back to me very in a very quick time frame. As far as the maintenance team (Dan& Mark) they are pleasant and always very approachable with any needs I may have as far as anything that needs to be fixed or replacing an appliance if needed. They keep the facility very clean both inside and out. They always are busy and as I mentioned, they are respectful all the time. In closing, it's been a very good experience for me as Edison Senior Apartments have filled all my needs for the 3 years I've resided here. Thank you, Michael Eplite Tenant
