Reviews Preferred Care at Home – Wyoming Valley, PA
March 2020
I would like to modify my earlier review of Preferred Care of Wyoming Valley, as I feel my review was too harsh regarding one negative aspect of my experience. I do need to acknowledge that the initial screening process was very prompt and thorough, and took into consideration our request for candidates who would have similar temperaments as our Mother who we needed to provide the best care for. Also, we thought their prices were competitive and reasonable. Therefore, I am modifying my review to include the positive aspects of my experience with this Agency in spite of the unfortunate aspect of not having my .call to hire our chosen candidate returned in a timely manner.
