Folks have been there over a year. Windows have never been cleaned, room is very dusty and they have cobwebs all around the room. Food is boring and they often run out of milk.

I was very taken back by the diligent hard work of Carlee getting my mother's paperwork and stuff done in a very timely manner. And any questions I had. She was quick to respond with clarity! Greatest customer service I have had in a long time. Then when I took my mom to move her in, I met all the staff, the med tech, chef, administrator the activity director and the front desk! what a wonderful group of people! I was impressed and blessed. Also a friendly resident immediately invited my mom to have meals with her if she wanted. That was important to me also! I know nobody's perfect, but there was a huge support system at Ashely manor.

my father broke his hip, and we had to find a home that would work with him and us, Ashley manor Cory lane went above and beyond for my dad and us, i recommend anyone to at least give them a call if they are looking for a second family

I've participated with this building as an outside agency several times. I have always been impressed by the compassionate, caring staff here. Residents are well taken care of and seem very happy. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for assisted living.

My Grandmother recently moved to Ashley Manor from another Boise home, and the difference in care couldn't be more different, and she couldn't be happier. The sparkle has literally returned to her eyes. The facility itself is warm and welcoming, and as you walk through you hear and see all the life buzzing around you. The staff at Ashley Manor seem happy to be there doing their jobs, which is a refreshing change. Everyone is upbeat and attentive to the residents, conversing and joking with them like the are human beings who still deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. My Grandma has blossomed back into the social butterfly she used to be. She enjoys being out of her room again, even though her new room is so much bigger and more beautiful than her last. And let me not forget to mention the wonderful food they prepare for the residents. I literally avoided eating at her old facility LIKE THE PLAGUE! Now when I visit Grandma, I can't wait to see what's on the menu. All in all, Ashley Manor has allowed our family to take a breather knowing my Grandma is finally receiving the extraordinary care she deserves.

Regina May 2018 In January after 12 years at another property I moved my mother to Ashley Manor on Cory Ln. Best move ever!! She has surprised everyone, she is happy and content! She feels very safe and enjoys getting out of her room now. Before she would not leave her room except to have meals the last two years. She is enjoying the outings with the other residents here. Her health has improved also. A1c is much better now. She is not as depressed and anxious as at the other property. When family comes to visit they ask her how she likes her new home and she tells them it is like the Ritz compared to the other place! They don't feed me sandwiches all the time here. They have very good food and well balanced. She also enjoys the care she is receiving. She is very pleased that they come and take care of her room everyday. Ask if there is anything she needs or they can do for her. They make her feel special and she feels they do like to care for her. She does not feel she is imposing on anyone like the other property. Your staff is amazing! Thank you for making her happy!!!

I used to live next door to these guys and visited a friend that lives there. The elderly people who live here seem happy.
