In the 17 years I have been a nurse I have worked in Monroe and downriver. I have never seen a facility take such good care of the residents as Alice Lorain Care center. My father has been there for a few years now and they take amazing care of him. He was recently in the hospital for a few days and the director took the time out to come and visit him. She spoke with the hospital social worker so my dad could do his rehab at his facility. He’s doing good and I appreciate all the extra help they gave us. They really listened to the residents. They have resident council meetings where the residents can voice concerns and make suggestions. My dad asked if they could get a pool table and they made it happen, he asked if one of their field trips could be to the zoo and they went to the zoo and had a great time. Dad hasn’t been able to go to the fire works in years, they arranged to have a fireworks display for the residents. I would recommend this place for anyone needing to make that difficult decision because it gives me such peace of mind that he’s not just being cared for but that they love him.

Alice Lorraine took very good care of my wife, it is very clean and the staff is the best, I don’t how they find such good the caring people, I am so glad my wife was in there. Not like other care centers.

My mother was a resident at Alice Lorraine for 15 months with advance dementia. We moved her in after the loss of my father/her caregiver. This was a very overwhelming time for her and us. The care we received from everyone was amazing and so helpful during this time. They took care of her every step of the way as her condition worsened along with helping us navigate having Hospice there as well. I will be eternally grateful for the love and care they showed us during our time there. I would highly recommend them to any one who is looing for a wonderful facility for their loved one.

My mother recently died after living her last 3 years at Alice Lorraine care center. The care she received while there was excellent. Each staff member treated her with loving care, respect and dignity. Mom participated in activities provided such as exercises, crafts, games and Musical programs. The food served was always very good and the on-site Medical Care under the supervision of the physician's assistant was a real bonus. Each staff member cared for mom as if she was a part of their own family. If Assisted Living becomes necessary for your family, I would highly recommend Alice Lorraine care center.

The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best quality of care. The cooks make the menu to suit the residents likes. Activities department goes above and beyond to ensure it is resident centered. Alcc is a very small community, everyone is family.

I was worried about having to admit my father to a facility, being a nurse I’ve seen what some facilities are like. Alice Lorraine is the best I’ve seen. It really feels like home and my father is thriving there. They are always doing activities and having special parties, they also go on field trips. My father mentioned to them that he wanted to go to the zoo and they made it happen. The staff have become extended family and they are greatly appreciated. I 100% recommend this place.

I recently visited this facility as a contractor, and I was utterly amazed by what I saw. The staff-to-resident ratio is incredibly high; it's almost like every senior citizen has someone attending to them. The environment is buzzing with activity, reminiscent of a beehive, with the senior residents being the cherished flowers and the staff bustling around like diligent bees. The ambiance is both hygienic and uplifting, exuding a sense of peace. The owner of the facility clearly spares no expense in maintaining it to the highest standard.

Alice Lorraine Care Center is the premier care Facility for you loved one who is in need of additional help of there daily needs. There are daily activities in house along with outings. They have an in house Doctor that comes in every Thursday along with Nurse practitioners. The facility custom taliors the dietary needs that meet your family members meals. The staff is very caring to one on one with the Residents.

I have visited this establishment on numerous occasions. The staff are the most attentive, caring and passionate individuals when it comes to the residents. They treat them as if they are family.
