Moving my mother from her home to an assisted living facility was one of the most difficult decisions our family ever faced. When the time came, The Seasons provided not only a place for her to live but a community that embraced her with warmth, dignity, and care. From the very start, Haigouhi, Lisa, Ashlee, Kaylin, Jane, Trish, Bernie, Nora and the incredible team of nurses and CNAs made the transition seamless. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion reassured us every step of the way. We always knew she was in the best hands. For the two years my mother spent at The Seasons, she wasn’t just a resident—she was part of a family. The love, respect, and dedication shown to her made all the difference. Choosing The Seasons was one of the best decisions we made, and not once did we doubt that she was exactly where she was meant to be. If you’re searching for a place where your loved one will be truly cared for, look no further. The Seasons isn’t just an assisted living facility—it’s a home filled with heart.

Can't thank The Season's enough for the care they provided my Great Uncle in his time at the facility. Lisa, Haigouhi, Carol, Wenn, Connie, Allison, Trish and even the welcoming front desk staff! It was a very sad day when we had to decide to pull him due to his need for extra care. The nurses, CNA's and Maintenance staff all were phenomenal. Hope you take comfort in putting your loved one in this facility, they will be in good hands!

Approximately a year ago the family made the decision to put our mother (Rita) into assisted living. It was becoming harder for her to take care of herself by herself. After extensive research the unanimous decision was The Seasons in East Greenwich, RI. We couldn't have been more pleased with our decision. The entire staff (administrative, nursing, kitchen and maintenance) couldn't have been more kind and accommodating to her, always finding the extra time to visit and chat with her during the course of their duties. Unfortunately Rita passed recently after only a year at The Seasons, but it was one of the best years of her life. She often commented about how The Seasons was "the best". She loved everything about it, her apartment, the people and especially the food. Her family will be forever grateful to The Seasons for making her last year "the best" and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who must make this decision.

I work here and I can honestly say this is a great place for the residents and a great place to work! The residents are all well taken care of, and the staff is very friendly. I love the Seasons!

We made the difficult decision in January of placing my mom in assisted living. In June, we were told that she was recommended for the memory care unit. I cannot express enough how happy we have been with EVERYONE at The Seasons. I have been there daily and I've only seen happy residents, kind caretakers, and every single person in that building has only the residents happiness in their agenda. I could name names but I feel I would leave people out. I will say that I feel it is a family of people that care for my loved one. I would highly recommend The Seasons!

My parents were there for years. They seemed to like it a lot. They particularly liked Vinnie the maintenance man. Everybody wasvery nice... despite my mother constantly losing her keys.the food was OK. My mother was picky, but she stayed healthy. I enjoyed my visits there.

My Mom lived on the memory care unit for 7 months. She said over and over that it was the worst time of her whole life. Because I was not the Power of Attorney, I could not get her released, but if I could have broken her out of there I would have been ecstatic. While some of the staff was certainly nice enough, many were cold, condescending, and unskilled in memory care. They did make an effort to help her acclimate and be happy but the atmosphere was definitely not homey. They would literally scold her (and others) when she (they) had walked somewhere on the unit they didn't want her to go. She hated it so much that she stopped eating and wouldn't participate in any of the 'activities.' It was like jail to her. The staff would literally sit the whole group of them in front of the TV every night, where they sat 20 feet from the TV, most of them with their eyes closed, unable to hear or follow a movie. They often referred to the residents by their room numbers. I could give 20 more examples of the careless and disrespectful ways the staff treat people. The person who informed my brother weekly that my mom was still 'transitioning,' we found out was the Director of Marketing... Whose job depended on keeping the beds full! Every single day for 7 months, my mother cried and packed her clothes to leave. I was actually relieved after my mom had 3 falls in 2 weeks while there, and she was sent to the hospital. The Seasons would not take her back after that and we were able to move her home with caregivers. She thankfully was able to live out the rest of her life in her home and surrounded people who loved her. If you can't keep your loved one home, try to find another place to bring them.

This facility was a god send for our family. Mom has been there for almost 3 years and survived NOT getting Covid and become happier as the months have passed. We were so excited that this all happened without any issues. Do not hesitate to consider The Seasons for one of your family members.

I have been in many Assisted Living facilities as a Long Term Care Pharmacist. The Seasons is by far the best around. The administration and staff are committed to the mission of caring for the residents. If you are looking for a GREAT choice for an assisted living facility I highly recommend the Seasons.

My parents have been residents at The Seasons since 2019 and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The staff has been wonderful, the apartments and grounds are well kept and, above all, the care has been exceptional. My parents have weathered the pandemic and quarantining while at the Seasons and they did a fantastic job of keeping the residents safe and healthy. I would highly recommend the Seasons to anyone looking for an Asst. Living facility in the R.I. area.

Our mother was only at The Seasons for a few months but during that time I had personally witnessed the kind caring compassion from the entire staff. My mom enjoyed chatting with CNAs who would come in her apt daily. Maintenance personel were always eager to help with anything she needed done in the apt. The Administrator Haigouhi Corriveau and Marketing Director List Tooth are absolutely the best, not to mention the nursing staff who are very compassionate. If you're looking to place a parent or other loved one look no further.

I have two parents at the Seasons who have been residents for about a year. The staff has been truly amazing. The caretakers are eager to help, and mange their care with ease and confidence. This was definitely a transition for all of us, but slowly The Seasons became their new happy place. There are activities, entertainment, and a lovely common area. It is a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. I have personally witnessed the compassion and kindness of many of their caretakers on a routine basis. Check it out, I think you'll be impressed.
