I can't say enough good thing's about my experiences with Brian (owner), office staff and caregivers at Nola Home Care. They are extremely professional, the company is very well run, and everyone I've dealt with was so compassionate from beginning to end. I've used them twice in the last few years, and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of their services! Brian has a warm friendly demeanor, as does everyone I've interacted with there, especially my mom's caregiver. She took such good care of my mom, and improved my moms quality of life and emotional state while caring for her. They are very understanding of someone who is overwhelmed and struggling with caretaking for their loved one on their own, and were able to set up services the day after the initial meet up. Brian is very involved in the day to day operations, and he and everyone there were a pleasure to work with.

My brother and I were so fortunate to find Nola Home Care when we did. While overwhelmed with choices of how to provide the best care for our Mom, we knew her wishes were to stay at home. From the start, their care team was very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate with our needs and concerns. After one call, we were able to meet with the owner (Brian) and have an assessment done. The in-home caregivers they provided were so wonderful and caring, Mom loves them. Nola Home Care is a godsend. We called after business hours after getting a list of home care options from the hospital. We knew our Dad was going to be discharged and we had no plan to handle the day to day. They came through big time! We were able to set up care the following day. I was shocked. Had no idea there were services that could work that fast. Thank y'all so much for your help! The two ladies that have been coming are very professional with so much experience. I can tell my Dad really likes them too, even though he can be hard to handle at times. 5 stars for sure for Nola Home Care.

I wanted to write a review because Nola Home Care helped care for my mother after she was in the hospital. The process was very easy and thorough. Before I selected them, I interviewed several companies and felt like they were going to be the best choice! They came out and met my mom and talked to her about her needs and her likes and dislikes and matched her with an absolutely delightful caregiver. I feel grateful that we had the opportunity to have Nola Home Care be a part of my mom's recovery, and will both recommend and use them again if we are ever in need of this kind of service.

If you are looking for a company to come into your home and provide care for a parent or loved one during a difficult time in life, Nola @ Home Care is by far superior to any other company. Brian and his team meet with you and more importantly they meet with your family member to get to know them and their needs. His team gets together and creates a custom plan with caregivers who are handpicked for your loved one. The amount of thought and consideration that goes into the care they provide is unmatched. There is a constant line of communication between the caregivers and Brian. He is actively involved in every aspect of the company. Outside of just caring for my dad, Brian and his team constantly help me come up with different ideas and solutions for helping my dad, who has dementia. I cannot say enough good things about Nola @ Home Care. If you are in need of in home care, they are the best in the business! When we needed a sitter for my mom NOLA came out and meet with us to discuss her needs and they took the time to listen to what she wanted. The sitter's arrived timely which was important to me. They were always willing to help assist with meals and doing light laundry etc. They always seem to arrive with a positive attitude. The office personnel kept me informed and answered any questions and was always friendly and respectful. If I need help in the future I will definitely use them again.

We moved our dad, who is suffering with dementia, out of a local nursing home, 2 weeks before the start of Covid-19 and we made the best decision ever! We interviewed several home care agencies and without a doubt, we could feel that Nola Home Care was the best option for us, and we were right! We have the upmost trust with the care team and appreciate the great communication and assistance in making this transition out of the nursing home. Dad, and the family have never been happier! NOLA Home Care was a great choice for my Grandmother 94 yrs, and never had anyone in her home to care for her. The caregivers were very friendly, caring and professional Ashley and Gigi. This care allowed my Grandmother to continue to live in her house and when assistance was needed they were there. They helped with bathing, curling hair, dressing and painting fingernails and many other task she was no longer able to do. They prepared meals that my Grandmother enjoyed enough to even tell other family members about them. We only had NOLA in her home for a few months but was a great choice.
