Our mother has been a resident of Lake Country Landing Assisted Living for the past three years. During that time, the facility has gone through many improvements. Today, we are very pleased with the level of care and attention she receives. We are especially grateful for the dedication and compassion shown by Director Alyssa Held, her support team, and the nursing staff.

The staff here at lake country landing are great love able Alyssa who is the director she is great very well understanding Michelle who is another great person the the nurse Jennifer is great also. And all the caregiver are great the cooks are wonderful. And they aloud pets there also so if you need a place for a family member for independent living please check this place out.

My kitty and I have been residing at The Landing since March 2025. I have felt like I am truly at home. The staff are genuinely compassionate, they make you feel loved. I love the food and that I have the option for substitutions if I do not prefer the meal on the menu. I feel that I have rights and respect. I am grateful for Alyssa's leadership, friendship and the all over improvements that her and her team have done. I am overall blessed to be living at The Landing.

Recently our facilities have improved. I often times hear fellow residents commenting on how nice our rooms are and the building has become. Recently, flowers and small raised vegetable boxes have been added. Many of us feel fortunate because of our program’s new leadership. Not only has the facility improved but our overall care in general has improved. We appreciate their thoughtful touch and their efforts to make of lives better.

My twin sister is in the facility and there is a nurse that is so kind, Caring, and cares about family. His name is Michael. He take good care of her and everybody there. He is one of the best nurses there. He will go out of his way to get what she needs and I like that. The company should get more nurses like him.

Two residents are sharing their living experience at Lake Country Landing. As two residents who reside at Lake Country Landing, our living experience has been very positive. The area is in a beautiful country setting. Our apartments are spacious promoting independence, providing a home like environment. The staff go above and beyond assisting us with our need's. They attempt whole heartedly to assist us with our own individual personal requests with respect and with the best intentions. We would definitely recommend Lake Country Landing to individuals looking for a warm and serene home to reside in.

Our experience with Lake Country Landing has been very positive. The staff we interacted with were professional, attentive, and clearly focused on resident well-being. The facility was clean, well maintained, and communication was straightforward whenever questions came up. During one visit, I also observed a tall African-American staff member (I didn’t catch his name) engaging warmly with residents. The interaction felt genuine, and I heard one resident say, Thank you so much for all you do. That moment stood out and reflected the care we observed overall.

I just recently put my mom here. The whole process has been actually very warm and whenever I have a question, the main Director would go out of way to not ignore my questions, but we would address the questions and she would take care of it. It has been a hard transition for our family and she understands And she’s working with us to help my mom adjust. So far we have not had any problems with staff. I have been there alot with this transition watching and keeping my eyes open. Food has been great so far too! One time the activities director talked with me about mom and she listened to me and I felt heard. The maintenance guy is such a sweetie also. As we got settled he helped us change rooms to our liking and helped with a lot to bring the room up to our liking. Again all iOS good right now and pray it continues.

My parents were residents of the Landing for more than three years until just recently. The facility itself is very well maintained and located on a nice property with views of both Hwy 67 and peaceful woods/fields. But it’s the outstanding staff that makes the difference!
