Can't say enough good things about this place. You just have to visit to see it for yourself. Soon as we walked in we were greeted by this beautiful lady, Patricia. What a Ray of Sunshine. Cassie, wow! I don't know if you're responsible for the upbeat smiling residents & staff, but you are truly a compassionate & caring person & that's something you can't fake! Heck I wanted to work here! This facility is by far the best assisted living, memory care hands down! Have to mention how welcoming and pretty the outside is. A lot of work & care have went into this place! Just Love This Place, but my words don't do it justice, you have to see for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Words cannot express how disgusted I am visiting this facility. I came to visit my grandmother, and the morning crew left her full of her faeces. This place has so much unprofessional people working here especially the managers and med techs. While I was visiting the med tech was gone for 2 hours, she was late with my grandmother's medicine. Which you aren't supposed to do! There is so much neglect happening and truly I will be reporting certain people. You can tell some people work for the money rather than others work because they are trying to be successful in the medical field.

Since the new admin Kristian came in to the building it has been night and day all the staff is respectful and caring and they do a great job across the board can’t think of a better place to send a loved one

Turmoil always...it appears many negative replies have been removed so I'm rewriting a review. I was resident. Thank God I'm back on my own. High turn over of staff including management and owners. Staff on phones too much not watching residents or outside in smoking. Housekeepers Megan and Samantha great ....Cindy good and another one dark hair gosh can't remember name great...amira now gone excellent wash/dry...Ms Pat receptionist phenomenal! Johnny maintenance / transportation phenomenal! I've spent months since my discharge trying to get 2 1/2 months of my SSDI returned. I've been to SSA multiple times and reported fraud even given acct numbers phone numbers routine in NY. Shady business. Since my leavingn 18Dec 23' excellent director,business mngr, Resident Care Coordinator, Jacob NY rep, Maintenance Philip, Med Techs, aids all gone. The building has been repainted redecorated but internally most staff/management are crap! Yes it takes great patience but work don't socialize or be on cell phones.

My 70 year old brother, had been in a local family group home for over 10 years. The state shut his facility down, and Grand Villa was so generous to take him in, after a two week stay at the hospital, recovering from Stapf and pneumonia. Now, after three months, his mental and physical capacity has increased twofold. The staff, at all levels, excels professionally and compassionately. God has his hand up on this place.
