Can't say enough good things about this residence. Genny and the entire staff have been excellent to deal with and I happy to say that my dad seems to be settling in well. The place is clean and the meals look delicious. Would absolutely recommend.

Two years ago my sister in law Cynthia moved in. We were concerned about the reviews but we were in crisis and we are in Dundas. When we went in to meet with them they explained that they had new ownership/management and they committed to a warm caring community. They followed through on their promises and Cynthia spent her last few years at Valleytown. She was seen there. She made friends and our requests and interactions were always positive. It isn’t the fanciest, but it was positive in the ways that matter.

I have my grandmother living there for a year now the facilities are great food is good staff is knowledgeable and informative in regards to my grandma's behavior I sure recommend

I found this place to be great staff is awesome great with my grandmother good upkeep on housekeeping. Staff is upbeat and positive keeps the place in a cheerful state I recommend!!!!!
