The management at this company is super unprofessional.They pay their employees as low as possible and do not give them clear instructions. They will mess up the days and times the clients want an aide to come into their home, leaving clients with no aid when they expect to need to come in. As an employee, you are expected to be on call for them 24/7 as far as communication goes, and you are not paid on call. They expect you to download all your onboarding paperwork and do everything electronically. So if you don't have access to a good phone you, then it's not a good fit as an employee

They are excellent about communication, and they will call or text their clients back very quickly.My father is 92 years old, and we found ourselves in a difficult situation when he had to find night time care for a twelve hour shift. The staff at Home Watch Care Givers worked with us, and they sent us reliable care givers who were very helpful and kind to my father.We are continuing to use this company to help my father with all of his needs. We appreciate how they work with us to find the right care giver, and they are also very flexible as his needs are continually changing. We are grateful for the service that they have provided, and we would recommend this company to any one who is in the need of a care giver. I would definitely recommend Homewatch Caregivers for any in-home support for individuals who cannot adequately perform all of the personal, health maintenance, and housekeeping duties required to continue living independently. All of the staff is courteous, helpful, and very well-versed in matching a caregiver who will come to your home, and work with minimal direction to correctly complete all planned tasks.

The entire team at Homewatch was so helpful, compassionate, and caring. We did not get much time with working with them, given the change in health status of our loved one, but every step of the way and interaction was sincere and meaningful. Margie was kind, caring and professional in establishing our care. Marla was our loved ones care taker and she was wonderful. From the beginning and starting care to the need to stop (due to the loss of our loved one), was a very positive experience. I have worked for Homewatch Caregivers for five years and love it. The owner and staff are great to work with and very accommodating. I get to choose which clients I work with and work as much or as little as I want. All my clients are less than five miles from my home which makes getting from client to client very convenient. They not only care about the wellbeing of their clients but also care about the caregivers providing the care.

I want to thank the family of wonderful caregivers at Homewatch CareGivers of Tuscon. I cant say enough positive things about each and every one who provided care to my Mom. They were truly a godsend for us….We try so very hard to be there for our loved ones, but unfortunately it isnt always possible or easy to balance our lives and provide all the care that is needed. Homewatch made this transition so much easier for me, my family, and my Mom. I could finally sleep at night knowing she was in good hands. All of their caregivers are conscientious and treated my mom with respect and kindness, and I knew I could rely on Homewatch….they were always timely in our regular schedule and always accommodating when we needed additional or unexpected care for Mom. Margie Lannon and her team at Homewatch CareGivers provided 6 months of wonderful assisted living care to my parents in their home in Tucson. My parents were committed to spending their final days in their own home. Thanks to Homewatch CareGivers, we were able to honor their wish, even with my husband and me living in California. They provided the full range of services, such as, light healthcare, medication, bathing, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. They coordinated skilled nursing care, physical therapy and accompanied my parents on doctors appointments. Most importantly, they provided warm and intelligent companionship. The person that did the evaluation on my father for the insurance company referred the agency. I called them and things sounded good. I got some names and numbers of other outfits and called them. This agencys price was a little better. I also liked that they werent part of a chain. When I would call, I would actually talk to someone right away. They just seemed like a local thing run by someone who is in touch with everything.
