Positive: ProfessionalismWhen a caregiver is not available. The owner of the company comes over. The owner does an excellent job and is extremely competent in providing care. He also has several team members that are excellent as well. They include one of his managers and several of his caregivers. This is the best of the caregiving companies. And, I tried them all!
