My mother has dementia and was having a very difficult time transitioning into Assisted Living with my father. Ultimately, she was sent to Memory Care, but in the interim, Care Advantage provided 1:1 supervision until a room was available in MC. The caregivers I met were warm, attentive and respectful of privacy when other family members were visiting. The administrative side was smooth and professional. Would highly recommend Care Advantage to families needing help with Care for their loved ones.

Care Advantage was a blessing to our family as they helped my stepdaughter care for her dying father. We were very difficult to schedule as the patient was in and out of the hospital. Care Advantage accommodated every step of the way. The caretakers were extremely helpful and compassionate. Three caretakers in particular made a great impression; Vanessa, Champagne, and Tiffany. Lalisha was very helpful with me. She made my personal bathroom much cleaner than the day I moved in. Also, I was unaware of my service bathroom for guest and my roommates and she voluntarily took the time to whip it into shape. During her spare time, she'll check on me and my wellbeing. It's been a great experience to have her here and to build the bond we are. Everyday has been more fulfilling and I really appreciate her services. Thank you as well Care Advantage of Fredericksburg for sending her my way. She's a wonderful aide to have!

Grace is a true "angel on earth". She is caring, compassionate, and very competent. She takes her job very seriously and always has the patient's best interests at the forefront of everything that she does. She has wonderful suggestions as to how to make life easier and safer for the patient. Anyone who has Grace has their caregiver will be very well taken care of. I never worried at all about my husband when he was in Grace's care.

I have worked for several in home care service companies in Virginia. Care Advantage has been a great experience, from the employee stand point. Their response to Covid-19 was top rank. I have never wanted for work and the wages are fair. Office staff is very supportive and always available. Response times are quick, 24 hours a day. Any issues are always handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I have enjoyed working for Care Advantage. Even during a pandemic. I recommend joining the team.

I signed up in Federicksburg Virginia Care Advantage they are always friendly and easy to talk to and willing to work with you as far as when you are able and willing to work they give good quality care to their clients and they always just a phone call away whenever you need them for anything schedule , safety equipment.Such as gloves mask etc.I have a recommended someone to work with Care Advantage .and they very pleased even though they are not in this part of Virginia where I am but they were easily transferred over with no questions asked and now they are working for the company as well . I would recommend this company Care Advantage to anyone who needed home care or companionship. My client asked me to bake her a cake so ,here I am. Baking a cake for my client this one great things we get to do as well when preparing meals and caring for our clients.

Care Advantage has been the BEST In -Home Care Healthcare Company that I have EVER worked for in the 13 years in my career! They care about you, they show you you matter and they pay you like you matter unlike other companies only paying you minimum wage. If your not happy with where your at they will make sure you are. And lastly you get paid on time unlike other companies out here that do not like to pay you on time Care Advantage pays you on time and early when their is a holiday!
