I highly recommend California Seniors Care (CSC). They stand out as excellent in so many ways. When my husband needed monitoring and personal support care in the hospital and at the two rehabilitation facilities in 2023 I couldn't have asked for better support from the CSC caregivers to assure his medical needs were met by the on-site nurses and rehabilitation facility staff. They took care of simple to more complex details with genuine concern for Bob's welfare. CSC management also was very responsive to my requests and questions and worked to make sure all the details were handled correctly and quickly. I've found that excellence in an organization starts at the top. And with CSC, excellence starts at the top and flows down to virtually every caregiver we worked with who exhibited these qualities. Definitely call them for their help to ease your mind that your needs are addressed with care and intelligence.

I can't say enough about California Seniors Care...they have been absolutely amazing with our mom! After trying two other in-home care companies as well as 2 unsuccessful "extended stays" at a senior living facility ...we finally brought our mom back home and found California Seniors Care (CSC). They were the first company who could accommodate our schedule, sending caregivers who matched the needs of our mom and keeping a log of who came each morning, the duties performed while there, as well as her vitals, etc. They do light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and kept our mom company with the challenges of her dementia which caused confusion as to who they were and why they were there every morning. They are so willing to help and work with any obstacles, so much so that we referred 2 other friends with elderly parents to CSC knowing they would be in the best hands! And both friends have told us how wonderful their relationship is with this company! California Senior Care are really the best. I dealt with Natalie, she went out of her way to make sure we had the right caregiver. She is always very helpful , she always communicated with us to make sure we were satisfied with the caregiver. I can't say enough good things about Natalie and her company. I would not trust any other company beside CSC.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They took care of one of my friends for two or three years and did an excellent job. I was looking for some in home care for my mother who needs help with her daily activities like remembering to eat her breakfast and take her medications. It's hard to let anyone take of your mother in this day and age, especially when we are not close to check on her everyday and make sure she is properly cared for... a friend of mine from work suggested California Seniors Care, so we called. We met with the office staff who seemed very polite and professional. I will say we did our research and checked a quite a few other care facilites. Our final decision to choose SC did not disappoint. The care givers seem hand picked and sincere with the care they give. I have loved CSC from the first impression, and would highly recommend for any elderly family member that may need in home care. CSC has been professional from the start.

Great service and care given at this care agency. My wife and I have a caretaker, seven days a week and our caretaker takes care of our house, meals, errands, telephone calls, dressing my wife and takes me for my daily walk. My daughter insisted on getting someone to help us but I, resisted. Boy, was I wrong. Now we can't live without them. We are very satisfied and please with the services of California Seniors Care.

Best care agency in Campbell. They have been helping my mom for over 2 years. My mom loves her caregiver and she is doing very well. California Senior Care ripped off my parents unapologetically to get money from them faster. The Dr recommended 24-hour care when my dad was sent home to recover from the hospital. He was paying 100% of the cost for his care, which was $750 per day, which is over $5,000 per week. He was going to step down his care as he improved, go to 12-hour care, 8-hour care, and so on and so forth til he would not need care anymore, this was agreed upon when I signed the contract for my father's care. After 2 weeks, we asked to go from 24-hour care to 12-hour care (still incredibly expensive) Donna their representative told my parents and I, "you can't change to less than 24-hour care without a Dr. note." This was totally unacceptable and very poor business practice, especially when they knew it was going to be virtually impossible to get a Dr. note over Thanksgiving. Natalie the manager threatened my father and told him over the phone," If you don't like our policy, we will have our caregivers leave today, and you can get in the yellow pages tomorrow and find someone else." My father responded to this threat with fear, " No, no, don't do that, let's leave things the way it is." because he couldn't go without caregivers yet. She even lied and said it was the law that he needed a note, what a ridiculous fabrication! As a family, we decided we needed to let this greedy agency go. We asked that Nov. 26 be my father's last day of care, and when Donna came to pick up his letter terminating service with them, she crossed out the 26th and wrote in the 23rd. Apparently, we couldn't choose our own hours or our last day. California Senior Care received 5 more days at 24-hour rates when my dad only needed 12-hour care at that point. He was supposed to have a caregiver for another month still, but because of the treatment he received with California Senior Care, he is taking his chances without one because he can't afford to continue care, and no longer trusts the industry. This has caused my parent's financial hardship and mental duress. Do not use California senior Care for your loved ones, unless you are prepared to pay for 24-hour care for the duration of your recovery. My father spent $15,000 on under 3 weeks of care. The person paying for the care should be the person in charge of whether they receive 12-hour care, 24-hour care, or just a caregiver 3 times a week, but at California Senior Care, they believe THEY are in charge. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau for poor business practices and elder abuse. You can't force the elderly, and disabled to pay for more care than they can afford and more care than they even need. I would never recommend them to anyone.

My dad is 70 years old and it appears his memory is losing daily. We were in need to find a good caregiver for my dad. One of my colleagues told me about California Seniors Care. This was our first time using a home care service so we went there and talk to the owner to support our decision. She introduces the company and its services. After the visit, we called my colleague to see about the quality of services. We went to a few more home care agencies and finally, we decide to choose California Seniors Care. After a few months of service, we are so pleased with our choice. We are really satisfied with the service.

While I've not had a need to use the service (yet) I personally know the owners. They are both hardworking people who strive to get the best quality people, service and value for their customers.
