Avid, and a special shout out to Brittany, are incredible. Their approach is professional and reassuring.... and they provided fast, dependable and kind caregivers. Mom went downhill rather quickly and I was scrambling to find help that would satisfy Mom's standards of care. I was discouraged looking online at so many rotten reviews of caregivers in our area when a friend recommended Avid and in a few steps we had the major problem solved. Whew! After 6 months of care, mom and her main caregiver have grown very close. I am so grateful for their help!!!

My name is Selena Allen and you took care of my mom 2022. I have not met you all but I recently found my mom's journal towards the end of her life. I will keep it light and sweet. My mother adored her caregivers and felt that everyone from the owners to the office staff were just blessings and you all became her family when we were not always near. Main problem was the caregivers kept falling asleep at night. My dad would yell out for someone for a while until finally one of us would wake up and tend to him or wake up the caregiver. We paid for 24/7 care and that usually consisted of 2-3 shifts per day/night. Owners gave excuses constantly. They were very friendly & communicative at first. They charged us unapproved overtime a few times but did refund it when I pointed it out.

The team at Avid provides exceptional service. They are there to help with any situation no matter how unique. They are always responsive and are there to answer any questions. Our family member's providers are wonderful in dealing with a difficult family member. This team has made it possible for us to rest easy knowing that they are always on the job . I would be lost without the wonderful people at AVID. They could hear how scared I was when I called the first time and they got me help the very next day. My Mother's caregiver is a perfect match and fits in with our nutty family just fine. She has even taught me a few tricks of the trade!
