We have been using Aaron's Home Care for almost a year now. Their CNAs are wonderful and so well trained. It's very obvious that every one of them, that we have and are using, are dedicated to their clients. They are competent, caring and take wonderful care of their clients, as well as helping family members out by doing light housekeeping. Their staffing personnel are easy to work with and very accommodating to your staffing needs. I would recommend them to any family needing in home care for their loved ones.

After the death of my mother-in-law, my husband and I moved my father-in-law in with us due to his dementia. We both work full time and needed some assistance with his care. I was worried because I heard horror stories that my mother in law had when she had aides coming to assist her at her house from a different provider. With Aaron's Home Care, we haven't had any issues whatsoever. The admission was easy. Our aide, Angel, is always early. She takes excellent care of my father in law. He is always clean. She lets me know if there are any concerns that she has. She plays games with him. When I tell him that she is coming, he always says, "I like Angel! She is a good person." He can be difficult, but she manages his care like a pro!

My 88 year old mom broke her pelvis in March and we opted to send her back to the assisted living with 24 hour sitters from Aaron's. the care has been super. Denise is constantly in communication with the sitters and follows up on any problems. The caregivers are compassionate and really seem to care about my mom. She has gotten much stronger and we expect to be able to wean off sitters soon.

Very pleased with my experience using Aaron's Home Care to stay with my mother while I made a day trip out of town. I needed help on a Sunday and they arrived on time and were prepared to assist Mom with whatever she required. Mom is not mobile and on high levels of oxygen so it was a comfort knowing she would be ok while I was away. I would definitely use them again!

There aren't enough words to express what a blessing and gift Aaron's Home Care has been to our family. If I could give a million stars I would. From the moment I spoke with Denise, I was made to feel completely at ease. We needed extra care for my brother when he came home with hospice care. Our caregiver, Debra, was simply amazing. Not only was she helpful with my brother, she was even more helpful and kind with my mother. The caregivers not only help the patient but also the family. Debra was with my brother when he passed and was such a comfort to my mom and I. She made this terrible, tragic situation so much easier to deal with. She cleaned him up and sat with him until the hospice nurse arrived. She didn't leave his side and even prayed with us after he passed. Everyone needs a Debra in their life. I am so grateful and thankful for Denise and her team. Even the follow up texts and calls after my brother passed was such a kind gesture. Just to check on us. I had my left foot amputated in 2019 and had to stay in a rehabilitation facility for five months. Upon returning home, I needed the services of a home health care company. I went through two companies who basically cared nothing about me and even left me with no care over over a week at a time. Then I found Aarons and my life has changed dramatically. They have treated me with respect and dignity not just as another dollar to be generated. They have arranged my doctor appointments, made sure that other companies providing support were doing their job. I do not know what would have happen to me with out them I have had to learn the hard way that many companies prey on the handicapped. I highly recommend Aaron's Home Care! I have had two good experiences. I needed someone to take me to a procedure and drive me back (because I was sedated). The first time, and Aaron's employee, Lameka, helped me. And the second time, the owner, Denise, assisted me. Both were kind and professional and conscientious. Denise comforted me when I was nervous (she is a nurse practitioner, so she knows her stuff). Denise also checked on me a couple of times after dropping me off at home. I would definitely use this service again for myself -- and if I had a loved one who needed care, I would not hesitate turn to them.

We have been in the great, loving, and caring hands of Aarons since July of 2020. It was scary trying to navigate healthcare during the prime of the COVID pandemic. I was worried that my sister and I would struggle to find quality care during that time. Denise is always fair and helpful. My family used Aarons Home Care for my father while he was in home hospice.Denise, the owner, offered to meet with us the first night my dad was transported from the hospital. The family had to meet with the hospice nurse that night and chose to meet with Denise the next morning.Denise was very kind and professional. She was able to set up caregivers for us that night and through the weekend, even though it was Labor Day.The nurses arrived on time for their shifts. They were kind and caring angels❤. They truly cared and were attentive to our fathers needs. We had the blessing of Lomeka, Kadejah, Willamena, Princess, and Malcom to care for our father. Denise also visited several times to check on our dad.Aarons helped our family through a very difficult time. We definitely would use there services again and would recommend them to other families.

I highly recommend and would use Aarons Home Care again. I called them when I needed someone to stay with my mother while I went to work. Denise promptly met with me the same day I called and we set up a schedule. Their fees were also the lowest I found in the area. I didnt worry one bit about my mother while I was at work because I knew they would take very good care of her. Aarons Home Care was very professional. The intake process happened smoothly and they were able to provide assistance immediately. The worker arrived promptly each day and I didnt need to worry about being a no show which is something that I have heard from people using other companies. The nurse came by to check vitals on the patient and reported any concerns. I would recommend this company to friends and will not hesitate to call them again should the need arise.
