I currently have a loved one at Village Green in Conroe. She has been residing at this facility for about six months. Unlike her previous facility that was more expensive, Village Green has offered a warm and caring environment where she has done very well. The building, itself, is not the most upscale, but the staff have been the best. We were blinded by the bells and whistles of her first facility, but came to realize that the most important thing to us was the warmth and understanding of the care staff and village Green gets an A plus in that category.

Love this facility and all the staff! My family and I have no doubt our family member is safe and taken care of at all times. They keep me informed and updated on how everything is going. My wife's 10-year journey with Alzheimer's finally reached the point where full-time memory care was needed. Most major cities such as metropolitan Houston offer multiple choices from assisted living to memory care, catering to all needs and situations. My family's research criteria included size of memory care unit, full-time staff allocation, disposition of caregiving staff, the security and distribution of medication, type, and quality of food, and finally visitation rights and cost. The Village Green community scored high on our list of requirements and the staff went beyond during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic throughout my wife's two-year stay, keeping her safe and contented as her memory and ability to rationalize gradually declined. Village Green in Conroe was an excellent choice and should the need arise again, they would rank high on my list of options.

This facility and staff has most definitely exceeded my expectations. Managers Keren and Priscilla are on top of any concerns and requests. They care about the residents and it shows! Ke Ke, Alex and Toni are so kind, considerate, compassionate to the residents. Especially with my loved one. I truly recommend this facility if anyone needs this kind of care.

Village Green Alzheimer’s it’s a caring and love home . All the residents are treated by the staff like if they are their own family. All the meals are prepared with love. All of the workers at the Conroe facility from the manager to the cook have been WONDERFUL to us. It shows in their care towards my father. I have spent long days and almost everyday trying to get him adjusted to his new home. We couldnt have found a better place.

Village Green has so much love in it. Every single building. The fact that it is a family owned business makes management accessible 24-7. Its not often that management trains their staff personally and is always willing to jump on the floor. Furthermore, when they say unique care for unique needs, they really mean it. There is nothing that they arent willing to do to make sure the residents care comes first. They dont increase rate of pay as our loved ones level of care increases. Its a blessing to be a part of a family like this. Family is always welcome 24-7. The staff are loving towards the residents. Its a place full of love and faith. For anyone who is going through a tough time and needs a strong and understanding support system, this is the place to be, whether its for the resident or for the residents family. Would highly recommend to someone looking for a private home and private care kind of feel within a home!
