We are so grateful for the care my mother and father-in-law received at Pleasant Comfort Adult Family Home. Moving them into an adult family home was an emotional decision, but Yelena, Michael, and their team made us feel comfortable from the start. Throughout the ups and downs, they were always there with support, kindness, and practical guidance/expertise, which meant so much to our family. The caregivers were knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. We always felt confident that our loved ones were in good hands. What impressed us most was how closely they monitored their residents' well-being. If something seemed even slightly off, they contacted us right away and never hesitated to seek medical attention when needed. That attentiveness gave our family tremendous peace of mind. The home itself is beautiful, with home-cooked meals and wonderful outdoor spaces where residents can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The house was always spotless and well cared for. The gazebos, roses, and landscaping create a warm and welcoming environment that truly feels like home. When the time came for our loved ones to pass, they treated our family with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. Their support and guidance during that difficult time meant more to us than we can express. If you are looking for a place for the next chapter of care for someone you love, we wholeheartedly recommend this home. Both of my parents have been here for 3 yrs. They have given them amazing care and are very understanding to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this facility for your loved ones.

My Mother-in-law was at Pleasant Comfort AFH for a year and half until she passed away at the age of 94. The caretakers are all wonderful with the residents and my MIL felt well taken care of and they became like family to her. The home is very clean and comfortable. The meals are all made from scratch and always looked and smelled delicious! I would absolutely put another family member there if the need arose. I highly recommend this facility!!

If you have a loved one that needs the additional care of an adult family home this is the place to go. My brother was in this home for almost 3 years with a degenerative neurological disorder before he passed away. I know that his life was extended by the tender care he received at Pleasant Comfort home. They treated him like family I will forever be grateful to Yelena, her husband Michael and the Kutsar family. The home is always spotless and the residents clean and well cared for. During the summer they incorporate fresh vegetables from their garden into their meals. Their yard is inviting with beautiful flowers, a covered patio and a gazebo. I would give more stars if I could.
