Good day. FRIDAY April 7th. Pay day! Another pay day that was Short. Another question not answered appropriately. I ask about my pay and "the people" who looked at it said it was good meanwhile I an short. 7 full days of speaking with many people who did not know anything about my inquiry. I got very annoyed this week. I called and got Ms. BRENDA FROM Glastonbury Connecticut. And spoke with Ms Brenda who patiently opened each paystub and noticed what I was saying then looked into it...long enough without taking my issue personal AGAINST HER...Yes I am annoyed but this is TWO weeks of talking to about 8 people who knew nothing about my first second or third call...thank you BRENDA...FOR YOUR PATIENCE THIS MORNING you get my 5 and even 6 starZ. I am not usually aggressive until I need to say the same thing 10 times and folks refuse to get it.

I began working with The Key by Home Care Assistance just before the COVID-19 pandemic hit. My experience with this agency was great. They displayed great communication which is something I value highly when working in the field. If you need the office for any reason, someone will always respond to you or to your messages. I would recommend this agency to any caregiver seeking employment. You won't be dissatisfied.

I have been working since 2021 and since day 1 everyone has been more than friendly, supervisors, nurses, all within the company answer calls, messages and emails very quickly and efficiently, they provide anything you need for work. I have worked with quite a few agencies and I've found TheKey formerly Homecare Assistance to be in the top tier of agencies to work with. I've been with this agency for approximately six years under the guidance of one my favorite support team, Doris. Doris orientated me on my first day and we've remained close ever since. She's my go to for anything work related, even though she's been promoted and no longer works in the position that I met her in within the company, Doris always takes my calls. She's a joy. I've found the team members to be kind, considerate, compassionate and understanding to their employees. The company is fair and above average in remunerating their employees. The staff is respectful and understand that we bring value to the company, and we are treated as such. It's an amazing company to work with.

I cannot say enough good things about my dad's home health care aid, Dupe Eke from Home Care Assistance. She is as so caring, cared for my dad as if it were her own family. My dad adored Dupe. She anticipated his every need, made him smile and helped him with his PT and OT. She was terrific! I highly recommend HCA of New York and if possible, request Dupe! We tried several other home aids and services but none compared to Dupe and HCA. We were assigned a case Superviser, Carmella, who really took the time to make sure my dads needs were met. Thank you Dupe and Carmella.
