I enjoy working for this company. They've been very flexible in regards to my schedule and whenever it needs changed in emergency situations they never make me feel bad for it either. Working with Katie and the Home Care Assistance staff has been a pleasure. Knowing that I can leave my mom gives me a new sense of freedom. Katie has followed up to see how things are going since my mom and I are our new clients. She wanted to ensure that we are both getting everything we need and if any adjustments need to be made. I am very lucky to be a caregiver under HCA. It was a very big contrast to other companies when I started working here, I instantly felt very appreciated. They truly care for their employees, have a lot of incentives, and are always looking to improve. I also see how much they care for their clients, how important it is for them to find the right fit for their clients and making sure they are meeting all their needs. As a caregiver, you will also never have to face situations alone, they are always just a phone call away. I would reccomended working at HCA to anybody.

I recently had bilateral total knee replacements, six months apart. I hired Home Care Assistance of Tucson for my post operative home and transportation needs. Care assistants were prompt and caring. They showed up on time and genuinely liked their job. I used the services to transport me to and from physical therapy, as well as cook me a meal. I started my first time working for Homecare Assistance in 2021. I work for 7 months with them. I am came back August of 2022. I have worked for a few home health care companies and my experiences were not that great. I think it speaks volumes that I returned a second time as an employee. Since we hired Home Care Assistance of Tucson my life has changed dramatically. I've been carrying the entire load of caregiving for my wife Mary Anne for the last eight years. I had finally gotten to the point where I felt defeated physically and emotionally. I called and told them I needed help but was unsure of what I needed to do. Katie came and sat down with me the same day I made my call. We discussed my needs and how they would be able to help me. It's been two weeks now since they started and Racksand and Mona have totally changed my life for the better. Mary Anne has totally fallen in love with them and looks forward to seeing them each day. I have personally had an excellent experience working with this company. I am a retired RN who now requires assistance with 'activities of daily living'. I know what 'excellent care' is, and I recognize it when I see it. That is what Homecare Assistance of Tucson has provided for me. My caregiver recognizes what needs to be done before I even ask her to help me with something. She also encourages me to do what I safely can do for myself, maintaining my strength, abilities, and dignity. My caregiver is also an excellent companion, demonstrating caring concern at all times. I highly recommend this company to anyone who requires outside assistance with non-medical home care and companionship for themselves or their loved ones.

When my father died it was difficult, but the team was supportive and allowed for privacy to handle our important family matters. It is an understatement to say this group of amazing people are INCREDIBLE. Home Care Assistance helped with my parents with living, eating, sleeping, and getting ready every day. They help them mentally and spiritually. Everybody was amazing, because Patricia hand selected the caregivers that she brought into our home. Each caregiver was an advocate for my mom and dad. They helped my parents and my siblings when times were difficult. There was such ease of mind knowing that Patricia and Mark were here for us, especially because my siblings and I were out of town. If there was an incident, they contacted us immediately and were already solving the issue. There were little moments of dealing with end of life where Home Care Assistance was emotionally and physically essential.

This home care agency is wonderful. Patricia and Mark arranged a wonderful Part time care giver for a family member for several weeks after surgery. Our family lives in California but the family member, attending the University of Arizona, scheduled surgery in Tucson to minimize disruption to classes. When I left after the first week, I knew that Patricia and Mark had everything under control. Patricia came to the house to meet us and see exactly what needed to be done before they decided whom to schedule. Mark, in the office, did all of the scheduling and was always available to let me know who was coming. I hope that we never need their help again, but if we do, we know whom to call.
