Reviews Mercy Family Home
February 2023
Janet and her caregivers are friendly. They take good care of our family member who is in their care.
October 2022
One of the best Adult Family Homes in Vancouver, WA. Their services are exceptional. Staff is very professional, dedicated, courteous and knowledgeable. Home environment is exceptionally clean. The provide variety of food catered to the needs of the residents. We could not have chosen a better home for our loved one. I recommend everyone to contact them for first hand experience
October 2022
Clean, but not much patient interaction. I don't feel they keep up in the medical needs of patients. Had problems with them following doctors orders. We moved our family member out of there pretty quickly. Would NOT suggest this family home
October 2022
They have two locations, which are a State of the Art facility. Their Home is equipped with everything we needed for our family. Staff was very welcoming and very pleasant to interact with. They followed doctor's orders with precision. The nurse went beyond and above the call of duty to get medications straightened with Doctors' office and Pharmacy. Home is exceptional and I recommend this Adult Family Home to all who are seeking for a supportive and loving environment.
