The care is barely adequate. My husband has been left all night in his chair, unchanged and soaked through. Unfortunately, it is the better care center of the two in Claremore. Residents have to share a room. The place is clean, no overpowering odors. The weekday staff is adequate and helpful, caring. The nurses generally are kind and competent. The weekend staff is sketchy. That is when most of my husband’s neglect occurs. The food is beyond bad. The cost is about 10,000 a month for the Care Center

I didn't like it here and the place was not in my budget so I came back to Tulsa and I am going to stay here until my name comes up to move in my new place.

Our experience with Emerald Nursing Facility was truly wonderful during a very important and emotional time for our family. From the front office staff to the nursing team, everyone treated my grandmother with genuine care, respect, and compassion. A special thank you to the therapy team”especially John, the Director of Therapy. He took the time to truly listen to our family’s concerns, explained everything clearly, and showed incredible patience and kindness throughout the process. His dedication made such a difference, not only in my grandmother’s care but in our peace of mind as a family. I can’t say enough good things about this facility. The professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness of the entire staff exceeded our expectations, and we are so grateful for the care my grandmother received. My Mom went to this place on 1 medication and walking after a fall for physical therapy. She got 1 hour of physical therapy and so many pills I can’t count. They left her in a wheelchair or bed and didn’t let her walk because they over medicated her. She had 2 uTi’s there. After moving her to The Courtyard she is off all that medication and is up walking and talking and back to her normal self. I am so sorry that I took her there. I think part of the problem was that she was 99 but she had been living alone and taking care of herself. She was the oldest one there!

My brother has been there since April and the staff has been nothing short of amazing with him. Me and my sister are in and out daily. They never know when we are coming or how long we are staying, and we have never caught anything out of the ordinary happening. I will hear nurses in room as I’m walking down the hall and they are nothing but accommodating to the residence. I’m sure that is a very stressful job there and my brother can also be a handful but they walk him through the bad days and laugh with him on the good days. We personally couldn’t ask for better staff. We appreciate them all so much and my brother loves everyone of them

I would like to start off by saying, the staff was great with my husband. The place was very clean and the staff are amazing. They took very good care of him. Alzheimer's is not easy to take care of never knowing what it is that the person wants or needs but the person can't tell you either. I am very grateful for the staff here and all that they did to help me and my husband.

I felt extremely welcomed by the Front receptionist. She was very knowledgeable and apprehensive to my family’s needs. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to put an elderly family member

I am a hospice RN and when the Fathers Day storms came through, I was in desperate need to find somewhere in Claremore to take my patient for respite after his family lost power. I called April Goins at Emerald Care and she worked Heaven and Earth to get my patient placed there within hours!! Luckily power was restored but that doesn’t negate the fact that she worked a miracle!! Thank you!!

My sister resides here and the staff is amazing, helping her with dementia issues, personal and motivational care. The facility is always clean and smells nice.

My best friend just passed away at the age of 55 due to ALS at this facility. While all facilities may have issues (it's a tough job), the nurse aides and medicine aides at this facility had compassion and heart 2nd to none. These girls took very sweet and true care of my friend. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the food. Even the cleaning staff (Bobby) checked on her and became her friend. Thank You Shauna, Andie, Rachel, Bobby and too many to name for her care.

I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing long term care or short term physical therapy, they helped me get through a difficult time from a total hip replacement surgery. The staff was great the ones that stood out where my addmiting nurse Amy Odell and my medication nurses , Tracy amd Jacky , also melody my nurse was great . The administration was helpful to my needs, I was treated great by all the staff and the physical therapy did me so much good I walked out on my own on a walker but I was walking , Cameron, Amanda, Allie was so helpful in my needs . My uncle is in there and I know he will get great care . The best crew of people Thank you.

There are some nice and welcoming staff members. When the facility was Wood Manor they had taken exceptional care of my mother. This time however, staff was vert short. She was often not checked on for hours, left in her wheelchair while waiting for her bed to be made. It was apparent that my mother was not improving and yet it was not explored or talked about until I brought something up. Many of the staff did not appear to know what was going on with her case. I got the distinct feeling that her charts weren't read by some of the staff the was responsible for taking care of her. Nurse Dorothy was exceptional.

This place was recommended for its physical therapy and rehab. It is lacking in both and the therapist seem to be laughing and joking and making fun of the elderly patients when they are suppose to be helping them.
