Can't say enough great things about the caring staff at the Cottages of Davison. Placing a loved one in a memory care facility had all of us so nervous! They were and still are so sweet with filling us in on our Mother's progress each day. The one on one attention is amazing. My mother has adjusted so well to living on her own. Be sure to reach out to this amazing place if you are looking.

We were really pleased at The Cottage to have our Mother there with Helping hands of residential hospice care we knew she would have the best care, we were kept informed about her health concerns. . I would recommend the Cottage, the STAFF was AWSOME, Made my day when I would see the Staff giving hugs , patients are so loved there. Mom loved her roommate Penny. . We felt like we were Family to all of the residents. .

We had some reservations of putting our mother in a home. The care and empathy these people provide has made us totally relieved in our decision. The entire staff has become family. If you have doubts, come in and talk to the staff. They will calm your nerves and make this difficult transition as easy as possible for your whole family. Mom loves this place. Thank you, Cottage of Davison, for taking such good care of our mother.

The Cottage of Davison is a wonderful facility to bring your loved one with Dementia or Alzheimer’s. It is very welcoming and they make you feel like you're at home. The rooms are spacious, bright and cheerful. Melissa, the manager goes over every detail and answers any questions you have. Her calm and caring demeanor helps put you right at ease. She along with her staff provided my mother with excellent and attentive care. I had a few special requests when I brought Mom there (lack of vision, help with eating, etc.) and they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure she was well cared for. My mother was a resident for about three weeks before she passed. We were so thankful to have found The Cottage for her last few days. Forever grateful, Cheryl Filkins

Our family was faced with having to make an emergency placement of our father & mother in April of this year. We live 2,500 miles away so do not have any local connections or people who could have helped us find a great place. We are so blessed that The Cottage of Davison was able to take both parents and keep them together. There is no better place!! The staff treated them with love and respect and made sure that every need was taken care of. Everyone from the cooks to the facility manager treated my parents like they were their own. The facility was always clean and orderly and the staff was always engaged with the residents whether it was doing crafts or helping with exercise. They always made themselves available when ever we were able to visit. Melissa and Jordan went out of their way to help us set up zoom meetings when we couldn't be there and sent videos to us. If you are in a position to find a memory care facility The Cottage of Davison should be your first choice and the only choice!!
