We placed our Mother in the Hampton in Oct of 2024. It was horrible. There are some extremely amazing caregivers but also some very neglectful ones. management was awful. Dig deep before putting your loved one there. I requested an investigation. We will see what happens but please talk to families of the residents. Don’t just take the tour. These people lied to our face about so many things. Please for the sake of your loved one ask lots of questions and get feedback from those that have experienced being there (family members). Do not rely on their tour

Recently toured The Hampton Senior Living, my greatest impression was the warmth and knowledge of the staff - residents appeared well cared for and were busy about thier day enjoying themselves which greatly impressed us - I would highly recommend if you are in need of resources for memory care that you look at The Hampton.
