Bayshore has been an incredible home for a dear friend. The staff has gone over and above to provide kindness and support. I could not imagine a better environment for a loved one. Thank you Bayshore

What an incredible experience! There was considerable thought put into what memory care center would be best for my dear friend. From the moment I approached the front desk to inquire about a tour, to the move, and then transition to a new place nothing but kindness and professionalism. Absolutely the best staff anywhere!

I cannot say enough good things about Bayshore Memory Care. Bayshore Memory Care exceeded all expectations. From the executive director to the caregivers and restaurant staff, everyone was exceptional. After years at Aston Gardens assisted living, moving my mom here was the best decision. Despite her broken hip, Bayshore provided outstanding care. We faced numerous issues at Aston Gardens, but Bayshore felt like a dream. While I wish my mom had more time there, I'm grateful she spent her final days in such a compassionate and professional environment. The activities kept her busy all day long. When my mom passed away, compassion surrounded us. Along with a sympathy card, we received a beautiful framed photo of her hands with a caption describing her. The building is secure, and help is always available, day or night. Truly the best place to be in Naples for memory care.

Bayshore Memory Care is a great facility and I proud to be part of this team .The length and strive all of us put in daily is not a sacrifice it's a part of heart . It takes strength, love to this job and patience . Yes we have new management and everybody is working together greatly. We just went over some beautiful, new renovations I would advise to come look at. We try not to look at the glass half empty we try to look at the glass half full . Rome was not built in a day and yes, everything needs to be tweaked a little bit here and there we are working greatly to improve these things .I've seen a huge change since I've been there. We have very caring nurses, staff & care staff umcluding management there . Some of us drop everything to help that one whose in need . There are some great news fun activities that is great news. Food and beautiful Courtyard, and in the process of relandscaping some things. Dementia or Alzheimer's is a horrible disease. My grandfather had it .We try to make it fun for the residence and laughter is the key ” n my book .I feel very important about that so my part besides a lot of other parts is trying to bring joy to them every day…we do also have a Facebook page check it out .

Bayshore was a disaster in January when Corporate Management needed to replace all senior management. The lack of care and supervision resulted in my wife having to go several times to NCH emergency room and an outside physician for care. Since then they are rebuilding the organization and have made significant improvements. There is still work to be done and we are partnering with their management so that we don't have to relocate my wife and risk a further decline. Partnering includes contracting with a private aide to provide the enrichment and oversight on a daily basis supplemented by a family member so that every day someone can provide monitoring of my wife's condition. In addition we have a video monitoring system (installed and paid for at our own expense) to substantiate issues identified by our private aide.

Something I wanted to update in case others didn't know was that they don't provide any bedside bars for protection to prevent anyone from rolling out of bed. I believe they said it's the state of Florida that won't provide it? I forget exactly, but if you're concerned, you can ask someone on the specifics. I just know my father had a accident and rolled out of bed prior when he was living there and at the time he had to crawl back in bed and wait till the next day came since it was at night and he said the nurse didn't come in at all that night. I also learned they didn't provide an alert alarm around his neck and don't have any by the beds in case of an accident like that. So, I ended up transferring my dad to another facility that did provide that kind of care. He did fracture his hip and got it taken care of, and by that. I mean, go surgery. I thought it should be known since I had no clue when I first moved my dad in. Just in case someone might be concerned about their family member from rolling out of bed, that is highly important to know. Other than that, he did have nice good care there. Some nurses I was really happy with and some not. I remember Nancy and Vanessa were super helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I do hope that they are well and, of course, wish them the very best. Thank you for everything.

Having to find a place to leave your loved-one under other people's care is a daunting experience. With Bayshore Memory Care, you can rest assured that your loved-one will be looked after, taken care-of, and feel loved. After experiencing other assisted living, rehab and memory care facilities, Bayshore Memory Care leaves my mind at ease that my loved-one is being taken care of in the same manner they would if I had them at home. I am very pleased with Bayshore Memory Care, and have been for almost 4 years now.

Moved my mother in recently after her second hospital stay in 6 months. It was a tough decision but, we really had no choice. The team at Bayshore has made the transition fast, smooth, and easy - helping with even the smallest details. We know they care, they keep a positive atmosphere, and the food and facility are top notch. Its comforting to know Mom is safe and being well cared for.We toured many other facilities in Naples, Ft Myers, and Bonita Springs knowing this would happen at some point...Bayshore was, comprehensively, the best...highly recommend! Make the decision, youll be relieved you did!UPDATE: After almost a year and a half my mother continues to do really well and her symptoms have seemed to slow considerably. The staff continues their great service, Mom really loves them all, and very surprisingly, most of the employees are still the same meaning theres little staff turnover - a great sign!

We had our Mother in a very good assisted living facility for several years. However, when her dementia progressed, it was time to relocate her to a Memory Care Facility. My siblings, the 5 of us, canvassed all around Naples and Bonita Springs, and visited a lot of Memory Care Facilities. We selected Bayshore, as we felt that on many levels it was superior to the other facilities. Boy were we we right !Everyone of the workforce at Bayshore is trained and dedicated to supporting dementia patients. They are invariably cheerful , polite, conscientious, and effective. They very reliably check on Mother once each hour, wheel her to - from meals, and come to get her to participate in the myriad of activities they run. The facilities themselves are clean, cheerful and well decorated. The decorative displays are selected to appeal to dementia patients in a way that you will find approved by outside experts as very uplifting to them. Really cant say enough good things about Bayshore and its people.

Between my wifes family and mine, we have not had a better experience than moving my mother to Bayshore. This is after experiencing many locations. You all are the best. Thank you, and bless you all.
April 2020
My 90 year old mother was living at an independent living center in Naples, needed additional care and we had to move quickly. We looked at 6 different memory care facilities locally and Bayshore was in a class by itselfThe Bayshore team was very responsive and very flexible to accommodate us.My mom has been there almost 2 months now and we couldnt be happier. We know she is clean and safeThe staff is professional, caring and very friendly. The food is very good and there are plenty of activities for mom.The facilities are first class and I would recommend Bayshore with reservation.

From the first time we stepped into Bayshore Memory Care, we knew that we had found the right place for our uncle. Everything was explained to us, we met all of the senior staff members, and had all of our questions answered. They facilitated the actual move in so many ways, including some that we hadnt even thought of much less expected. For safety, cleanliness, activities, responsiveness, and so many other things, our family gives Bayshore an A+. This is not a warehouse. It is a community. Everyone there made the final years of his life years well-lived, treating him with caring and, most of all, with dignity.

I began looking for a memory care facility for my husband about six months before I thought Id need it. After researching many facilities near my home, a huge criteria, I narrowed my choice to 3 facilities. I decided on Bayshore based on the following: the ratio of aides to residents, the activities provided, the age of the facility, the nursing care in place, the age of the resident and the size of the rooms for the price. Moving my beloved husband at an early age is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I had been providing his total care for years and it proved too much for me. I couldnt be more pleased with his residency at Bayshore. The food verges on gourmet, with new items added monthly. It is served by one of the most efficient, kind and caring women I have seen in a facility of this nature. The activities are stimulating for many of the residents, even though my husband does not participate on a daily basis. The certified health aides are outstanding. They seem to really care about the people they are caring for and will inform me daily about how my husband has been doing. They keep them clean and safe. I have heard several say how much they love their jobs. The nursing staff, on the premises at all times, are exemplar. They monitor meds are always on alert for changing conditions in the patients health. There are doctors who come every week and check on all who need attention. The housing department (maintenance, laundry, and cleaning) keep everything in top shape. Unlike some facilities, there is NO unpleasant odor anywhere. Feedback is accepted my management positively. There are monthly meetings to voice concerns as well as accolades. Hospice and Alzheimers programs are welcomed monthly as well. And finally, there is always a smiling, happy concierge to greet you and say goodbye. They are two of the most positive women I have ever met. My husbands neurologist thought Bayshore would be the best fit for him at his age, and I totally agree with him. My mother was in a different memory care facility for three years. Even though she was much older, there is no comparison between what I had previously experienced and Bayshore Memory Care. Thank you Bayshore for taking such good care of my husband.
April 2019
My husband came to Bayshore Memory Care in June 2018. My wonderful daughter-in-law came from Indiana and we visited numerous places within 20 miles of Pine Ridge Road. Before she came she had been online and made contact with Bayshore. Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. The first thing we noticed at Bayshore was there was NO ODOR! The community is nicely decorated and kept very clean. The executive staff are beyond nice. Everyone is very helpful and shows interest in not only the residents, but also the family members. They are always available to help or discuss any concerns the family may have. The activities person lines up different entertainers, parties and outings for the residents and families. Bayshore has the best nursing staff I have ever encountered. There are doctors that visit frequently and are available to meet with families for any questions. The nurses communicate to the doctors and family members any needs of the residents. The food at Bayshore is excellent! They have a great Chef who has worked with me continuously to ensure that my husband is not served something he shouldnt be because of his diet limitations. Bayshore has a great team - laundry, housekeeping and caregivers! I try to treat the caregivers how I would like to be treated if I was in their position. I have made friends with many of the caregivers and know all of them by first name. I always give them a kiss on the cheek and a hug. They are a wonderful group of people and I make sure to always thank them for their care. We (my husband and I) are VERY happy here. If you have a loved one that needs memory care - this is the place to be.

Love this place! They have been super with my husband. He has Lewy Body disease and bad hallucinations. They have been patient with him and changed his medicines that really helped him. The staff is very professional and they have doctors, nurses and aides that have helped him immensely.

I am very pleased with the care my aunt Helen is receiving at Bayshore. She is doing the best she has in years and she just loves the people and the place. it was the best move that I ever made. Very good place and would highly recommend it to everyone. Thanks for the great care. Sharon St. Onge

Bayshore Memory Care is an exceptional home for your loved one who needs a high level of care because of memory issues and brain diseases. The building is fairly new, with a beautiful layout (a square) and a lovely courtyard garden in the middle so residents can go outdoors in a protected environment. The Director and division managers are exceptionally helpful and patient. The nurses provide quality medication management. We enjoyed many activities designed for people with brain diseases, and the food was good. This is not a nursing home, but assisted living with a high level of staff involvement for residents. I highly recommend Bayshore.

After touring several facilities, Bayshore was the best option for us. The location, the facility, the staff, the programs, all fit our needs. Now that she has been there for over 2 months, she is doing better than we couldve ever expected. She participates in more activities than she ever did at home and the staff gives her the extra attention when we request it. The staff is open to our phone calls, texts and emails, which we greatly appreciate.

Bayshore is a top notch beautiful and clean community. They have an amazing staff and are known for providing excellent care for the Seniors and families they serve with Alzheimers and Dementia. They also have great activities throughout the day to keep the residents entertained and minds stimulated. If you havent experienced the Bayshore, it is well worth a visit!

Great community with a great caring staff! I highly recommend it for those who have loved ones in need of memory care!
August 2017
Recently, my uncles dementia progressed to a level whereby he required a facility transition from assisted living to memory care. As a Marine vet who had never been married my wife and I were quite concerned as to my uncles ability and willingness to transition to a less independent environment.Fortunately, after a thorough review of various memory care facilities in Naples, we selected Bayshore Memory Care for his residency. His transition has been remarkably seamless as a result of the excellent and professional care provided by the nursing, administrative and support staff. Importantly, as a new state of the art facility, Bayshore provides a thoughtful, nurturing and calm environment that has been very conducive to my uncles successful move to memory careMany thanks to Alisha Pratt and her wonderful and professional staff at Bayshore Memory Care.

We are so pleased with the excellent care, delicious meals and wonderful activities. Our mom is so happy and is thriving. Thank you Bayshore Memory Care for your genuine compassion, care and concern for all of the residents.
January 2017
It is a very difficult decision to have a loved one move into a memory care unit. My wife, age 73, has had cognitive issues for 5 years and has declined over that time. We have had help in our home for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week for the last two years, but I finally was exhausted by the care needed from me in the remaining 16 hours per day. In late August 2016 she moved into Bayshore. Our experience has far exceeded my best expectations. She is content and feels very secure. She has never asked to leave and when I take her out for lunch or dinner she is always willing to return without any resistance. The staff at Bayshore is very compassionate and well trained. They have made her feel welcome and comfortable from day one. There are activities through out the day and my wife is much more stimulated and active than she has been in two or three years. She has a two room suite with a bathroom. We have furnished it with her own furniture and she is quite comfortable there, however, during the day she does not spend much time there since she enjoys the activities. She is sleeping better than when she was at home and I think it is due to her daily activities providing stimulation that results in her then having a good rest at nightThe staff has also worked with me to make the transition as smooth as possible. They are always willing to discuss issues with me and there is a monthly support group meeting for family and caregiversI visited several other facilities and felt Bayshore was superior. The main factor was my comfort with the staff who were very generous with their time and met with me and my family four times before we decided. The facility is new and well designed. There is no requirement to use a house doctor and my wife continues to use our existing GPI am very happy with the care my wife is receiving and the support provided to me. I would recommend Bayshore without reservation
