After having my wife at another community and visiting many others I had become acquainted with the good, bad, and ugly of Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. I must admit I was quite impressed with Villa Palazzo and its staff. The place is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to make sure the residents are given the care and special attention they deserve. I have found that Megan and Teresa, in the Memory Care building have provided my wife with exceptional loving care which is much appreciated. They are to be commended. Thank you!

It's taken me awhile to write this (isn't it true that we are quicker to let people know about the things we do NOT like?). I placed my husband there in memory care in jun of '19. I had visited 11 facilities. I saw only one other place I would consider placing my sweet husband and I could not afford the other place. The staff and leadership at SSP have been wonderful. They have shown real compassion and true concern. I have realistic expectations of a facility and know that it doesn't always smell like roses and that my husband is going to be messy sometimes. I'm there about every other day, so I see a lot of what goes on. I would recommend SSP and told my family that if I ever need to be placed in memory care, this is the kind of place I would want to be.
