Poet's Walk was exactly what we were looking for in a memory care facility. The structure of the building, its bright atmosphere, the friendly staff: all of these things make my mom feel happy to be there.

Friendly staff and great management. They take wonderful care of my MIL and always let us know how she’s doing, when we come to visit. They always get the residents involved with activities, and treat them with the love and respect they deserve.

Since my mom has been here she has been so happy. The staff knows her by name and what she might need. My mom loves Diane, Nowrin and Tiffany, just to name a few of the wonderful, special and loving people who work there to keep a safe and happy place for the residents. Lots of daily activities clearly identified in a monthly schedule page available to us, clean facilities and on top of that the food is delicious!!! On top of all that Norwin organizes a monthly support group for us. Relevant topics for us to learn, meet each other, share our stories as well as a delicious brunch. I am so happy that my mom is happy and she tells me so. If mom is happy, I am happy!!! Thank you Poet's Walk.

As a driver technician for a Medical Supply Co, Jenny was so very helpful in my arrival. I noticed she was very attentive to other Patients and co-workers. She also went above and beyond in trying to locate a device for me. She has a friendly attitude and definitely a good work ethic! Thank you!

My mother has been living at Poet's Walk for several months. Since a recent change in ownership and management, there has been noticeable improvement in the quality of care and staffing consistency. The caregivers and activities teams are amazing! All of the employees are getting to know my mom's likes and dislikes, and though she is shy, they are able to get her engaged and involved. I highly recommend this facility for mobile and active individuals needing memory care.

They just seem to be a little understaffed, like most places these days. Maintenance is good, not that we have needed them, and set up my friends TV when we couldn’t. Unfortunately we never did get to meet the Executive Director.

Although we don't have family being cared for yet, we anticipate that it is only a matter of time. Samantha has been so very wonderful and helpful in providing us info as needed. We're looking forward to our loved one being a resident of this wonderful, caring community.

Mom moved into Poets Walk 6 mo ago. She actually has a "life" now. Everything is set at her pace and ability. She is encouraged to socialize and join in to a variety of activities. But she can spend her day napping and watching TV in her room. It's her choice. Meals are served properly in dining rooms and Mom doesn't miss many meals! Services offered at or come to the facility; Salon, Laundry, Doctor, Dentist, Podiatry and 24 hr Nursing, Medtechs and housekeeping. Mom loves her Caregivers. She is Treated with respect, kindness and patience.

Poets Walk was the most kind and caring place for residents. They took the time to learn about mom, and found ways to interact her that gave her purpose. The activity directors created custom activities to engage each resident. I could not have given her a more dignified, social environment. She loved the onsite salon and nail polish activities. Her life continued to have purpose and she had fun while there. Mom made new friends and was safe. They took excellent care of my mom, and helped educate myself and my family about caring through the journey.
