My sister lived here. It was the very best choice for us. Every single department contributed to her excellent care and services. The kindness of the staff was immeasurable. The quick move in process was handled exceptionally well by the Executive Director who coordinated everything with us and the hospital. When we arrived, everything was waiting for us and just perfect for my sister. The attention she got, the warmth and caring shown to her and our family will never be forgotten.

What a great place for our mom! One of the reasons I chose this facility was it has a little chapel which they hold services of all religious denominations. After being there a few weeks, our whole family made comments on how happy she is there. If your looking for a facility please put North Woods Village on your list! Its worth the time!

I don't think you can put a price on quality of life, and that is what the staff at Northwoods gave my mom during the last year. When she first got there my mom was afraid to use her walker, you can't imagine my joy when I got to finally got to visit and saw her ambling around using this safety device. The facility was always clean and the residents were well cared for. Although my mom couldn't communicate with words very easily, she found a voice here. Meeting her needs was always the top priority of everyone there.

I have been a nurse with NWV for over 5 years, beginning in Mishawaka. I love this company and could not imagine being anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE our residents. They truly become part of your life and family. Im blessed to work with great staff, great leaders, as we all get along and enjoy working together. Best part is we are here for our residents...doing what we can to give them the best quality of life at this time in their life. They are loved!

I have worked with North Woods Village since we opened two years ago. We have a wonderful caring staff starting with our concierges who are at the front desk to welcome you all the way to the back of the building to our kitchen staff who make amazing meals for our residents. Our resident care is top notch led by an amazing Director of Nursing. Housekeeping and Maintenance that work hard everyday to keep our building as nice as the day we opened the door.

My 92 yo mother came to NWV in May 2020 after suffering a hip fracture. I am her family representative (PoA) and could not be happier for her to be here.The entire staff is friendly, accommodating and kind. The ratio of nurses and CNAs is very good, as is mothers personal care-hygiene. They notice when she is beginning to have an health issue and take appropriate steps before it is a big problem. The staff has been vigilant and proactive to prevent residents form being infected with COVID, thus far.She LOVES the food and activities. The whole team has been good to assist with FaceTime or Zoom calls when family cannot be present, as well as with scheduling visits once that has again become possibleI would not hesitate to recommend NWV to someone looking for memory care for a family member!
