I came to Arden Courts Bath the end of August, 2025 as a part time Administrative Services Assistant. I previously worked for a continuing care facility with 500 residents, first as an STNA and then as an Administrative Assistant plus I had worked as an STNA at other skilled, assisted living and memory care facilities. In the short time I have been here, I have been so impressed with the way the residents are treated here. The staff is caring and very involved with the residents. I think because it is a smaller facility, it is very "homey" and feels like everyone is family. I am so impressed by the goal of everyone here being the residents. The programming department does a phenomenal job of coming up with activities for the residents to participate in. There is always something for everyone no matter where they are in their process. Another thing that impresses me is that they encourage family involvement, i.e. having family Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners the week before the actual holidays so that as many family members as possible could come. I love that I sometimes get recruited to help on the unit if there is a need because I love interacting with the residents. I know that there may be facilities that are exquisitely decorated and have more in-house amenities, and I have worked in some of them but I can guarantee you that you will not find a facility that offers more loving care to the residents from our direct care staff to all of the support staff. Yes, I work here but I would not hesitate to place any of my family members here.

I moved my wife there from another facility, and I regret I didn't do it much sooner because of the much better care she received. It's more like a family, and the patients interact with each other and the staff, unlike most other places where they just sit and stare. My wife eventually passed, and I still miss everyone I spent time with besides my wife because it's like a family.

Great place! The staff is incredibly caring and communicative. They work hard to ensure every resident feels comfortable. The facilities are well-maintained, and there's always a positive atmosphere. Yesterday at a senior expo I was once again introduced to Arden Courts of Bath. Nine years ago my husband spent his last 5 months there due to his severe dementia. I had looked at a number of facilities "just in case", but planned to keep him with me to the end. A sudden change in his actions caused me to see that I needed help. Thanks to a friend whose mom had been there, we chose Arden Courts. What a wonderful facility to help with such a terrible disease. He was especially calm in the family type dining area which had a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen items. None of them worked, but it gave the clients a feeling of home and normal. There were so many possibilities for activities and even a big back yard (totally discretely secure so no one could wander off) to sit in or have outside activities. Marchell was our favorite staff member with the patience of Job. All of the staff were kind and friendly and caring for the clients. Hospice came in nearer the end and worked well with the staff and my husband. I highly recommend Arden Courts for any one in need of a caring facility to take care of your loved ones.

Our family looked at many facilities in the area for my dad's memory care. Arden's name was given to us by a friend and we knew it was perfect the moment we got there. From the facility's home like setting and incredibly caring and friendly staff we couldn't have asked for anything better. My dad even said how much he enjoyed it there. We're so glad we chose them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much to the entire Arden staff.

I first became aware of Arden Courts when my cousin was taken there due to Alzheimer's. She was treated wonderfully by all the staff! Her room was lovely with a comfy bed and private bathroom. I became especially fond of Lorraine, the front desk person. She was so calm and understanding of our feelings coming and going. I am now tied to them again as my sister has been taken there. In the first hour of her arrival, everyone knew she had arrived, popped in her door, introduced themselves, and greeted her by name. The warmth in each and every one of them made my sister feel quite comfortable. Although I am sad that this disease has again affected my family, I am very, very happy that this wonderful place exists and for my sister to now call it home.

Our family is very thankful that this community was recommended to us. My father in law joined Arden Courts because the facility that he was currently living at could not support his memory care needs. The previous facility was fine at first, but as his dementia got worse we were told to get private caregivers for him. We would receive calls to remedy difficult episodes, and often felt as if we were at fault. Arden Courts was recommended to our family as a place that could better meet our needs. If there were any issues, the staff at the community would already have a plan on how to handle the situation. The staff was always professional, thoughtful and caring, and always treated my father in law as wonder man he had been all his life. This is what we appreciated most. The layout and design of the community put my father in law at ease as he enjoyed walking and going outside freely. We have received several phone calls from others asking about our experience, and without hesitation, we recommend this wonderful community.

The team at Arden Courts has been a godsend for my family. My dad has had dementia from a series of strokes. In the past 2 years, he was declining more than we wanted to admit. We honestly kept him at home longer than we should have. He is improving now with friendly staff, more compliance to hygiene and medicine, and activities. I feel like I am his daughter again, rather than a caregiver. The staff has helped me with many stressful things I was carrying around, but mainly that I can enjoy and relax with my dad and share stories about the old times. When we visit, it feels more like home. Very clean, safe, organized, good communication! Thank you Arden Courts.

Its been brought to my attention how seriously this facility takes patient care and customer satisfaction. Less than 24 hours after I had a concern, I was contacted and the situation rectified. The staff is wonderful. Has been for years. Truly compassionate with a powerhouse Quality Assurance program in place.

Everyone at Arden has been so wonderful and patient with my Dad. The staff is great and really takes the time to get to know their residents. So much more than I could have hoped for, especially from the previous community he was at. This place may not be full of crystal chandeliers but it is so much like home for my Dad and our family. Faith, Marshelle, Dorothy, Liz and Phyllis have been so caring with us. The food is very good and they keep it very clean. The residents here have become like family. I would highly recommend Arden Courts of Bath. It is truly a home away from home for my Dad and our family.

I moved my dad here a little over a month ago from another facility. I would highly recommend this facility. Very clean, staff is friendly and engaged with the residents. The communication with me about my dad has been great! He really enjoys the food, there are many activities here that keep them engaged.

I would highly recommend Arden Court, the quality of staff is exceptional. The kindness, respect, and professionalism they had for my family member was refreshing to see. I am very pleased with the care my loved one receives at Arden Courts of Bath. The management and staff are friendly and committed to meeting the unique needs of each resident such as my loved ones need to have her food pureed. There are a wide range of activities available for the residents, they serve healthy meals and the facility is clean.

What a wonderful time of singing and praising the Lord with everyone there including the staff. What a beautiful, well run facility and the residents are so clean and well cared for there. All staff are wonderful with residents. Very kind, patient, and knowledgeable toward everyone. Low resident to aide ratio. Activities are superb- best around. Cant beat the homey, family like atmosphere.
