Grateful and Thankful for the professionalism and kindness shown to my brother-in-law Rich and the other residents at the wonderful Thanksgiving luncheon served on 11/27/24. The dining room was beautifully decorated for fall, staff took food orders, served drinks and meals and socialized with guests and residents in a genuinely caring manner. Many thanks to all staff involved in making the luncheon cheerful and heart-warming!

They say the third times a charm…this is so true for me with Complete Care at Bey Lea. I had two very bad experiences at Assisted Living facilities for my dear friend with dementia. Her dementia progressed quickly making it necessary to move her as her level of care increased and being unable to afford the increased cost. I was blessed the day I walked into Complete Care and met with the director. She listened to my needs with true concern and made me feel very sure that my friend would be treated with respectful care, dignity and comfort. I was not disappointed for one minute during my friend's one year stay. We were both treated like family from day one and the amazingly professional team of nurses and aides took wonderful care of my friend and continuously kept me informed and aware of the situation at all times. When my friend went on hospice, she was pampered and cared for with tender, loving care just as I was while sitting at her bedside. I would highly recommend Complete Care at Bey Lea to care for your family members with "complete care" and with dignity. They embraced both if us like family and I will never forget this great team of warm, caring and highly professional caregivers…including their amazing director. Thank you all from the bottom of my broken heart.

My father had rehab here for three weeks. The nurses and aides worked with him until he settled in. Ed Mount, the social worker, was amazing. He explained everything to us and helped us find resources to help dad when he came home.

Nurse Lisa Denning was an absolute champ when the toilet in our bathroom was inoperable! My roommate and I reported the problem in the morning and maintenance never showed. Lisa took care of the problem ASAP! Angelika, my roomie, and I truly appreciate her efforts! She is the best!

Every single person in PT and OT are so knowledgeable, professional and encouraging every step of the way, not only with myself but with every other patient i witnessed. Jodi, Joan and Rachel were my wonderful therapists and i am deeply grateful for them. Nurse Lisa is not only an exceptional nurse but a fierce plumber! She sprung into action after a servere blocked toilet from a days worth of waste became an issue because no water was getting into the tank. God bless her! Melissa, sweet Melissa, an aid who went above and boyond with all of her care and smiles making sure my roomate Sheryl and i were clean and comfortable. Sharon a bright cheery professional Nurse who really went the extra mile for us with her care and patience. There are so many others that I have unfortunately forgotten their names but their faces and care are forever etched in my heart. The rehab center is very clean with beautiful gardens to regenerate in. My only small issue is with the food It took a week for the kitchen to send vegetarian/pescatarian food but a back up would come shortly after.the wrong meal came. And also i might add the snack cart was a nice little surprise in the evening. All in all a great place to rehab and get back on your feet. Sincerely, Angelika

His personality and warm heart makes him one of the best social worker that I have ever dealt with. Speaking on behalf of a loved one (Mom) who spent nearly five years here… I can only testify to my observations along with my mom's overall reactions to her care. My visits were always unannounced and quite random, which I believe gave an accurate picture to daily life there. Originally not knowing what to expect, I soon found myself very happy with Bay Lea. The facility was always clean, cleaner than I would have thought possible to be honest. The office staff was consistent - always friendly and helpful in answering my questions. This was the case with medical staff also, very friendly and professional. Bey Lea was an excellent choice for my Mom, I appreciate everything they did.

I recently posted a very negative review on this facility and I have to speaking to someone from there when they returned my call about it. I thought we were going to get something straightened out but apparently we didn't. My review was Very negative but true I wrote it when I was very upset and therefore I took it down but after thinking about it, and what my husband is going through and the expenses because of their negligence, and they choose to do nothing about it I will have to take this further. I will finish my review tomorrow. As right now I'm very upset.

Upon entering the facility and everyday after you were greeted with a cheerful Professional Rosemarie who explained everything I needed to know about checking in. The staff in the facility work very well as a team including Joe physical therapy. Special mention to Joe-Joe for the Xtra special care he gave.

My mom recently passed at age 91. She was at Bea Lea for a year and a half . This facility was a great experience for my mom and our family. All of the nursing staff is kind , compassionate, caring and top notch professionals ( special thank you to Peter, Samantha and Sue who also became my mom's friends). The building is kept immaculate and sanitized. The Administrative staff is very helpful and responsive and the director Ed Mount was always there for us. Thank you to everyone for all of your hard work.

Excellent Nursing Aide Maria in Sub-acute. She has been kind and attentive with my Mother. Great Social Worker Ed who goes above and beyond to support families. My loved one is currently being care for there. I wanted to recognize a wonderful aide named Marie. She is so caring and compassionate. My husband came in right from the hospital. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with much warmth and hospitality. The cnas and nurses were wonderful. Always making sure my husband was comfortable. They have the most amazing patience with all the patients that are there. Even short staffed they did their best to accommodate. I am beyond thrilled that they are taking such good care of my husband. I met Marie or Maria. Wonderful absolutely wonderful woman. My husband liked the nurse and or the cna that was on the overnight Saturday night feb.17th. He said they took real good care of him. He was clean and happy. I will recommend this facility for anyone who needs to go to rehab. Thank u to the staff.

My brother is new to Bey Lea. Recently had a sudden medical issue. Professional response.Nurses I've dealt with are compassionate. Skilled. Last visit I was present ,after his return from hospital, back to Bey Lea , he had two good aides help my brother with his personal care. Skill levels were good. Kind.

0 rating. My mother is at your facility now and the care that she is getting is zero. They leave her in dirty diapers and she is never changed or washed. Her medication is not given to her. She is suppose to be getting physical therapy and none so far. Nobody comes when she rings the bell. In the process of getting her out of there. I will be letting people know how horrible this facility is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like everywhere , there is great staff and some that are rude. We had our Mom in a different facility in TR. Talk about rude!! That’s why we moved Mom. We’ve had a few small issues but all in all, they do take good care of my mother.

My mom came in with a ileoscopy bag for 1 week they didn't have the correct supplies so her bag kept leaking they changed it so many times it developed a open wound. She laid in bed for 3 days because she was afraid the bad would leak. She is in there 1 week and not once did they have a nurse that specializes in that come in. So a week later she is in bed for the weekend because that can't get the proper nurse to come in and order the correct supplies for my mother. It is unacceptable.

A caring and attentive environment. Our mom was on hospice care for 2 months at Bey Lea until she passed. The staff both of Bey Lea and hospice provider, Serenity, exceeded our expectations. The attentiveness and kindness to our family and our mom was exceptional. Your can train technical competency but your can't teach compassion - and everyone at Bey Lea from housekeeping to skilled nursing were supportive and gentle. Thank you Nicole, Gelda, Danielle and so, so many others.

My wife went for respite care for 9 days in July 22 at this facility. The care that they provide was top notch ,they were extremely friendly, professional and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's needs and our family .It was very clean through out the facility all day long . We all know some care facilities at times , that the nursing care comes and goes with the different shifts working , not even close here , from the first day of my wife's respite care to the day she left , they were great ,even to the point that some meals my wife didn't care for .They asked her what she liked and had it made for her.The nursing staff and the administrator treated my wife like one of there own family members with the best care one could give . I will again use Bey Lea for respite care for my wife and I would also highly recommend this facility for others looking to put there love ones in for long or short term care Ken Obrien Pennsville NJ

I love this place! They are friendly nice and they take care of their patients very well. They change my mother as soon as she gets wet , And she doesnt have to wait at all ..they are all right on top of everything. They are wonderful I would give them a 10 star if I could !! Nurses on Star unit are just wonderful !! Big shout out to Joe charge nurse 3-11 and night receptionist is a doll ! Therapy dpt is terrific rooms are def too small though needs a renovation for sure -Please be more accommodating for plant-based folks that seems to be an issue in most healthcare settings but veganism is growing 😉 health care needs to embrace it oh my Dad hasnt had a remote control for his tv yet - no biggie but in a way it is

I have worked for Bey Lea for 9 years now. This is a great company to work for and to bring your family members to long term or rehabilitation. Our staff are like family and treat your family like thier own. Both of my parents have had rehab here and they wont go anywhere else. They love the atmosphere and staff.
