I had an hour to make a decision on where to send my mother to rehab. At the recommendation of the hospital staff I chose Complete care at Bey Lea. I so glad I did, the staff was attentive and caring, and my mother received all the attention she needed. The superstar of the facility, in my opinion is Ed, the social worker. Ed was on top of everything and coordinated between multiple agencies to get my mother the care she needed, post rehab. Ed often answered emails well beyond normal working hours. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to inconsistent operation of the HVAC system in my mother's room, which I understand is being addressed. I would recommend Complete Care at Bey Lea for those needing a skilled nursing facility.

Many employees are helpful & caring towards the patients. However I have witnessed a few that were abrupt or dismissive. One patient requested ice chips. The employees didn't get them. Before leaving I asked if I could get them for the patient. I was told by the employee that she would leave a message for the employee starting her shift. I would like to recognize LPN Tara Pedre (3-11shift)and also Nurse Marcene, who was working the dayshift yesterday, June 1, 2026. I’m not sure if that’s her name and also the young man who was the aide who changed the patient and assisted the day nurse (Marcene?)with the dressing change. The patient’s name is Alfio Canaletich in room 16 b on the Star unit. Overall, it is the staff that makes your facility exemplary.

I cannot say enough great things about Complete Care at Bey Lea. My father has been there for the past 2 weeks, and the level of care he has received has been outstanding. The entire staff has been incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring, which has made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. A very special thank you to Ed, the social worker, who has been absolutely amazing. He has gone above and beyond in every wayhelping me navigate the insurance appeal process, guiding me on necessary home modifications, and assisting with arranging care for my dad after rehab. His support, knowledge, and compassion have made such a difference during this time. I truly appreciate everything the team has done for my father and our family. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of quality rehab care.

Most of the furniture was old and broken, inexcusable that the end of some patients beds fall off or the mechanisms don't work. TVs, every channel was heavy snow (horrible reception). The staff we encountered were nice but we can't honestly evaluate them further than that as we didn't see their interactions with patients.

The staff at Complete Care Bey Lea is compassionate, kind and goes extra miles for their residents. My mother was at the facility for a short time but the ladies in activities always invited her to programs. Rachel and Veronica always helped and answered any questions I may have and pointed me in the right direction! I’m so happy that my mother was so happy with her care! My sister in law came here over three months ago. When she first arrived she wasn’t doing well, since then she’s made a complete 180. Everyone that I’ve spoken with has nothing but positive comments about her and her progress. I was very surprised at the condition of the facility, the hallway, therapy room and her room were all very clean and well maintained. Her social worker introduced me to her Physical therapist and nurses. He has a sit down planned with us and her care team to go over everything that we will need and do for her. We’re looking forward to taking her home with us and continuing her care.

My husband has been a resident at this facility for 18 months. I have nothing but great comments about the entire staff. The nurses, (Sue, Meghan, Sam , Carla et all ) all aides and activities staff, (Veronica, Kristin and Rachel) are the best. Meir the administrator is always visible and available for any issue. Also the social worker Ed Mount is the best for any concerns that may come up for a family member.

While visiting a neighbor I found the staff friendly and helpful to visitors.The place seemed clean and pleasant as well. They were quick to respond to a residents need for assistants. The 2 women on staff were able to help a woman who had fallen.They did so in a most professional way. They were quick , strong and skilled getting her up with the least stress to the resident .

My dad has been in long term care at Complete Care Bey Lea since February. I’m 35 years old, and was not prepared to have to make these types of decisions for a sick parent (I thought I had maybe 10 years before I had to worry). The staff has been super helpful and have helped make our lives a lot easier. Ed the social worker is always just a phone call away and takes the time to answer all of your questions the same goes for Sue head of nursing. Every time I’ve had a concern regarding my dad she has taken the time to really listen. Christine Reyes in the business department has also been so insightful. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the facility. My dad has been in rehabs in the past that were dumps. It doesn’t smell like a nursing home inside. I also love the fact that there are activities for the residents all throughout the day. Every time I have come to visit my dad, there is something going on. He loves bingo. The other places he was at, he sat in his room all day sometimes not seeing or speaking to another person for days. He definitely is getting himself involved in activities and has even made some friends. Every time I see him, he looks great. He looks clean. It’s very clear the staff cares for their residents. Thank you to all. You have really made my life a lot easier as a stay at home mom to an 18 month old!

The nurses, aids and staff are attentive, caring and so friendly. I recently threw a surprise party with some relatives and Veronica and others helped, even decorating a separate room so we could all be together to make my sister’s day special.

My husband has been at complete care at bey Lea for the past two weeks. The nurses and aids are very friendly and efficient. They have accommodated me every evening with a guest meal so that I may have dinner with my husband. The food here is very good. Brandon in the kitchen does a wonderful job. It is not easy for someone to have to be in a rehab center, but I am pleased that I chose this one. The director of admissions, Briana and the administrator, Meir have been very attentive and accommodating. I would be remiss is I did not mention the people at the Physical therapy. Joe and Tin have been working very hard to get my husband back into shape so he can come home.

They say the third times a charmthis is so true for me with Complete Care at Bey Lea. I had two very bad experiences at Assisted Living facilities for my dear friend with dementia. Her dementia progressed quickly making it necessary to move her as her level of care increased and being unable to afford the increased cost. I was blessed the day I walked into Complete Care and met with the director. She listened to my needs with true concern and made me feel very sure that my friend would be treated with respectful care, dignity and comfort. I was not disappointed for one minute during my friend’s one year stay. We were both treated like family from day one and the amazingly professional team of nurses and aides took wonderful care of my friend and continuously kept me informed and aware of the situation at all times. When my friend went on hospice, she was pampered and cared for with tender, loving care just as I was while sitting at her bedside. I would highly recommend Complete Care at Bey Lea to care for your family members with complete care and with dignity. They embraced both if us like family and I will never forget this great team of warm, caring and highly professional caregiversincluding their amazing director. Thank you all from the bottom of my broken heart.

Every single person in PT and OT are so knowledgeable, professional and encouraging every step of the way, not only with myself but with every other patient i witnessed. Jodi, Joan and Rachel were my wonderful therapists and i am deeply grateful for them. Nurse Lisa is not only an exceptional nurse but a fierce plumber! She sprung into action after a servere blocked toilet from a days worth of waste became an issue because no water was getting into the tank. God bless her! Melissa, sweet Melissa, an aid who went above and boyond with all of her care and smiles making sure my roomate Sheryl and i were clean and comfortable. Sharon a bright cheery professional Nurse who really went the extra mile for us with her care and patience. There are so many others that I have unfortunately forgotten their names but their faces and care are forever etched in my heart. The rehab center is very clean with beautiful gardens to regenerate in. My only small issue is with the food It took a week for the kitchen to send vegetarian/pescatarian food but a back up would come shortly after.the wrong meal came. And also i might add the snack cart was a nice little surprise in the evening. All in all a great place to rehab and get back on your feet. Sincerely, Angelika

Speaking on behalf of a loved one (Mom) who spent nearly five years here... I can only testify to my observations along with my mom's overall reactions to her care. My visits were always unannounced and quite random, which I believe gave an accurate picture to daily life there. Originally not knowing what to expect, I soon found myself very happy with Bay Lea. The facility was always clean, cleaner than I would have thought possible to be honest. The office staff was consistent - always friendly and helpful in answering my questions. This was the case with medical staff also, very friendly and professional. Bey Lea was an excellent choice for my Mom, I appreciate everything they did.

My husband came in right from the hospital. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with much warmth and hospitality. The cnas and nurses were wonderful. Always making sure my husband was comfortable. They have the most amazing patience with all the patients that are there. Even short staffed they did their best to accommodate. I am beyond thrilled that they are taking such good care of my husband. I met Marie or Maria. Wonderful absolutely wonderful woman. My husband liked the nurse and or the cna that was on the overnight Saturday night feb.17th. He said they took real good care of him. He was clean and happy. 0 rating. My mother is at your facility now and the care that she is getting is zero. They leave her in dirty diapers and she is never changed or washed. Her medication is not given to her. She is suppose to be getting physical therapy and none so far. Nobody comes when she rings the bell. In the process of getting her out of there. I will be letting people know how horrible this facility is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
