I cannot say enough good things about the Wellness directors in memory care at this community. Tami and Shonte- they are the most special angels I have ever met in any memory care I’ve been in and I have been in many. No issue is too big for them to handle and they handle very promptly with love, caring and professionalism. They have made our loved ones experience exceptional and we as a family sleep well at night because of them. They are an Asset to this facility and we are all blessed to have them in our team. Clean and well appointed facility. Some really great caregivers here. Parent has been here for 8 years. Caregivers and cleanliness are why she is still there. If you can afford it and can stomach the gut punch rent increases, it’s definitely the best facility in Tampa. Factor the cost and the anticipated cost in before you move your loved one in (you don’t want to move them out). 2nd floor Lead is an absolute angel named Yadi. Nothing gets by her and she is 100% in the residents’ corner.

A friend was a resident. I went to see her almost everyday. She was clean and neatly dressed. Happy. Her room was neat, clean and free of any unpleasant odors. The bed was always made. The food was good and presented nicely.

It's always a fantastic experience working with Tricia, the Sales Director at The Estate at Hyde Park! She is incredibly sharp, super communicative, kind, and keeps everything running smoothly. The community itself is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and feels like a high end Florida style resort. The staff is warm, welcoming, and keeps it vibrant with music and activities. Highly recommend!!

Cannot say enough good things about this community. Not only is this a beautiful community right off Bayshore Blvd, but they truly care about the residents. When you walk in, you can feel the home-like feeling. Their courtyards are so nice and the 'Florida room', overlooking the water is a huge plus. I would recommend this community to anyone!

I've been a visitor many times to this facility. It's clean, well appointed, and doesn't smell. Food looks and smells great, too. Minus one star for surly nurse's aides who roll their eyes at you all the time, and can't even answer you when you say hello. Sadly typical

The Estate is worth every dime it costs. The staff there are incredibly caring and attentive. The rooms are nice and kept clean. Rarely does it smell like the typical nursing home and when it does not, they are already working on it. The laundry was good at washing and returning Mom's stuff. The dining room has tasty food and can customize to meet special needs. The nurses are great at dispensing meds on time and tracking individual's data. The activities directors do a great job. I don't know what to say more. We visited other places and and they ranged from really disappointing to scary.

Leadership makes all the differnece. A few months in and we're still very happy. The Estate makes an exceptional first impression. Our family's first connection came through word of mouth, that led to contacting Angela, the marketing director. That led to visits by family members and our mother during which we were impressed with the design of the facilty: a memory care facility from its inception. These pre-move visits also opened conversations with staff members. An LPN who's been there for nearly a decade and plans to stay forever. Another key leader with years of experience came to The Estates because of the leaders already in place here. A few months in and our mother is very happy, safe, and treated very well.

In a difficult time, this facility made the impossible possible. The high quality of care, excellent food, activities, outings and services in house are above reproach. The building and grounds are the finest we saw, and I would not hesitate to recommend "the estate" to any family in this situation.

My grandmother was a recluse before coming to The Estate at Hyde Park. She barely came out of her room. She immediately made some friends and enjoyed socializing at dinner. Now, she can't wait for the outings, enjoys participating in activities and sings and dances at their "happy hour". I am so glad my grandmother went there, and it is fun and welcoming to visit her.

We moved my grandmother into the Estate a few months ago. She has just excelled since moving in. At her previous residence, she barely ate, got dressed or got out of bed. Since moving to the Estate, she is eating so much better and I often find her in the dining room or outside of her room. The aides do a great job of making sure her bed is made and that she is dressed nicely. All of the staff are always friendly, greeting my grandmother or other family members with a smile. I'm so glad we found the Estate!
