Both of my parents are residents at the Gardens of Germantown. My mother has been there nearly a year and my dad nearly 6 months. I cannot say enough positive things about the care my parents are receiving. The staff are excellent and have close relationships with the residents. There have been a couple of different directors in charge since my parents have lived there. The current director is an absolute gem. She is always onsite whenever I visit. I have seen many positive changes since she has been in charge. The nurses are very caring and great about communicating with families. I am so glad to have found this wonderful place for my parents.

When we began visiting facilities for my mom, Gardens of Germantown was our first tour. After visiting a total of six facilities, none of them compared to The Gardens of Germantown. My mother moved in and we have not regretted the decision once. The facility is clean, serves amazing meals, has many activities and the staff is completely amazing. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted and made to feel like family. The caregivers have learned my mother's unique needs and have made her feel comfortable and happy in her new home. They have also helped me in this transition. I have learned so much from the staff. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I highly recommend Gardens of Germantown. They will love, care and respect your loved one during this very difficult time.

My mother has been a resident now for over 2 years. During that time there has been many positive changes made in the staff and upper management. Our new director has been a great addition! She has been SUPER diligent on improving the way things are run and the atmosphere is positive which makes the residents feel as though they were part of her family. In fact ALL the staff is so caring. I can't thank them enough for being there and treating my family as if they were theirs. I love coming to see my Mom and I have absolute peace of mind that she is being so well cared for. Mom is very happy there! The facility is a clean and happy environment for folks that need this special care. I know more beneficial and exciting changes are still coming and I can't wait to see what G of G has planned so my mother so she can continue to have a happy life there! My one suggestion would be to install an auto player on that beautiful piano so that any resident could listen to live music anytime of the day! Thank you so much G of G!!! Keep up the good work!

My Mother was a resident at the Gardens of Germantown before she passed away. This facility was so clean and the staff was amazing. All of the workers were friendly and extremely accommodating. I was impressed with the number of activities that were planned for all of the residents, no matter where they were in their dementia journey. All of the residents were treated with patience and dignity by the loving caregivers. I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs a safe, clean home for their family member.

The Gardens of Germantown is a unique and special community. What really stood out to me when I first visited was the specialized care for residents with dementia. The community has three neighborhoods that focus on different stages of dementia. It's a truly personalized experience for residents and families.

If you are considering Gardens of Germantown, it should be at the top of your list! We are extremely happy with our decision. The entire team truly seems to care about our family. This includes the efforts that go into the meals each day as well as the various activities they have planned. Charlotte and Blake go above and beyond, we are always treated with such kindness.

After touring multiple options, we fell in love with Gardens of Germantown. We love the fact that this is 100% dedicated to Memory Care. The staff and ED are attentive and building is clean.

My mother was a resident at the Gardens of Germantown until she passed away. From the first time I came for a tour until the end I was always impressed with the level of professionalism all staff members showed to our family. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The amount and variety of activities offered was great. Sam and Brenda were so sweet to always include my mother and encourage her to participate with the other residents. All workers took such an interest in my mother and took such special care of her. I would definitely recommend to others.

I have to say GOG is one of the finest establishment and loving place to work. As a staff member of GOG I love being apart of the Bellemead crew simple because of the people. My residents and what I look forward to coming to work. I love the fact that I can grow and move up in the job field I am in and being at the GOG inspired me to finish going for my nursing degree. Ms. Marsha is a beautiful person very sweet and outgoing, she stop me one morning and told me that I am always smiling and always speaking and that just made my day. I give thanks to God for allowing me to do what I love. Even though, my residents are older than me they are my children I never had and hope to have. The people and the residents makes up the GOG and that is what I stand for and continue to stand for is our residents of GOG. I cried today because I couldnt get to work on time because I know my residents depend on me. Being a GOG employee reminded me why I love being a people person and why I love being in the healthcare and teaching industry. My residents are my proud and joy, my willhouse to keep fighting to become an RN and GOG is giving me that opportunity to learned more about the healthcare industry. I believe and this saying (when you do good to others and God will continue to bless you).It lets me know that if I ever decide to put my father in a place like this; GOG would be my first option.
