My brother has been at Brookdale Corona for six months and I could not be more pleased. I have had interactions with Joy,Vanessa, Vera, and Brian and they have all been wonderful to my brother. I feel like he is safe and well cared for there. I definitely can sleep better at night, knowing he is safe .

I can not express my gratitude enough ! My grandmother was at this community a year ago and the staff and caregivers treated her with dignity and respect . Great program for dementia and Alzheimer's and the community was beautiful. 100% recommend

I've been more than pleased that we chose Brookdale for our mom. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful, and our mom, who was very reluctant at first, is making new friends and participating in activities. Having the diligent care and daily interactions with friendly residents and staff have proven to be a huge positive in her overall well being.

We had my Mother In Law here and I have to say that she loved it and we were very impressed. My Mother In Law felt very at home and the staff was very caring and treated her like she was family. They went above and beyond there scope of work to make sure that she was always taken care of. I know Mary and Angela were her favorite! Brittany and Erin (administration) were always just a phone call away and never made us feel like we were putting them out and they always made time for us. It was the right decision to choose Brookdale for our loved ones residence!

Our dad was there for 2 months. Sadly, we were not impressed. Their activities director, Joy is a wonderful human being and some of the caregivers were kind. However, they are extremely understaffed. One caregiver in particular was very rude. During a recent COVID outbreak, I asked her a question and she replied that she could not help me because she just tested positive for COVID. She said this as she was sitting next to 3-4 residents. We had phone calls with upper management and they were not supportive at all. Often times while visiting, we would help other residents because there was no staff around to tend to them. We observed staff being rude to residents and frustrated with their confusion. They claim there are activities for the residents but that is only true when Joy is working. The icing on the cake for us was when we watched a computer call out BINGO numbers as the staff member sat staring at her phone. Families pay a lot of money with the expectation that their loved one will be well cared for and that is just not the case. If looking for a truly lovely community, try Pacific in Riverside.

A friend and I dropped by the Corona Brookdale memory care facility without an appointment. Staff was very welcoming and Joyce Rivera, the Clare Bridge Program Coordinator, showed us around the facility, told us about their programs and answered our questions. It is an older building with a good-sized courtyard that looked to be a relaxing place to go. There is a range of programs available for the residents. We appreciated the staff's graciousness.

My Mom moved in about 14 months ago. The entire staff is great . The care givers , house keeping and the Med Tech's really care about the residents to make sure they are taking care of.

Dementia/Alzheimer's - what a sad disease, a new experience, a very different way of survival. A year before moving Mom from her home of 24 years, I started the process of interviewing, looking, researching & getting know the aspects of how this all works. Board & Care placement versus a facility - the differences are real but factor the healthcare system, money, staffing & you narrow your options. What works for one may not for another. The Covid Pandemic affected MANY of the facilities, the workers, the pay system, etc. We all wish that we could give our loved ones THE BEST; sometimes the best is a natural environment, a smile, a hug & friendship and of course caretakers who do just that and more. Brookdale has worked for us. Thank you for being an option for Mom ❤

I just visited my grandma here and I have to say I'm very impressed with the staff and how well they treated me but most of all how they treat my grandma very glad she has a warm welcoming place to live. Community itself was very nice and the staff were also welcoming.

We have been very happy with the care our father is receiving at Brookdale Corona. We felt before joining, and feel now that our father is there, that Brookdale Corona is a strong, safe, and caring community with first rate services where our father would be well taken care of, and where his needs could continue to be met as they develop and increase over time. We are very happy with his experience, with the community, with the kind and friendly staff, with the quality of care and medical/nursing facilities. Our family has been so relieved and so happy to know that he is in a community where he is happy, where his needs are being met, and where we are all confident in the quality of care. We have been very pleased with our experience at Brookdale Corona for our father.

My Mom moved into Brookdale Corona about a year ago. She really finds it great for the staff, daily activities, food, and cleanliness. She tells the family that she appreciates how nice the staff is to her and she loves doing the crafts and playing games. She loves the bingo games the most. The family is so pleased with the professionalism and the safe environment provided by Brookdale Corona. We are happy Mom has a great place to be taken care of with her dementia diagnosis. We would recommend Brookdale Corona highly.

My father has lived at this facility for 2 years. He was very resistant in the beginning to live here, but after about two weeks, he made friends and told us to sell his house because he was very happy at Brookdale. They have something going on every hour. Many activities are helpful with memory and boost self esteem. Staff is attentive and professional. As his condition declines, the staff is there to guide us on this journey helping us to understand dementia and his changing needs. The facility is always clean and each patient is embraced and accommodated -accepted for who they are. Residents are treated with respect and care. Our family and my father is very happy with Brookdale Corona Memory Care.

We couldnt be more pleased with Brookdale Corona. Our sister has been living there for over a year now and we have never had a complaint - nothing but praises. The staff is so caring and nurturing, and always there to greet us and give us an update on our sister. In addition, the facility and the grounds are always clean, well maintained, and inviting. We have had bad experiences elsewhere - we have now found the best of the memory care communities by far!
