Iris Memory Care Turtle Creek is the place I would place my loved one. The building is very well kept, beautiful on the outside, and even better on the inside. The place is always clean and smells nice. A must for me. Any building can be nice inside and out, however, what makes this home unique is the staff. Every single staff member is amazing. This is one of the finest Memory Care facilities that I have ever seen! The place is clean. The staff to patient ratio is wonderful! I visited 6 memory care facilities in the Dallas area. The Iris was by far the best place that I visited. I came back to the Iris 4 more times, sometimes unannounced, and each time I was more impressed with the level of care given to each resident. I never heard an unkind word spoken by the staff. The Iris is clean, cheerful and the concern that the staff gives to each resident is incredible. Paula was so helpful in explaining everything involved in making the transition and answering every question that I had. Paula's positive upbeat attitude inspires the whole staff and the residents. My family and I are grateful for the excellent care that the Iris provides to all the residents. The best thing that I can say about the Iris is that my husband is well cared for, safe and very happy!

I visited Iris Memory Care recently to see what it was all about. I walked in, it smelt fresh and clean and the residents were out of their rooms and hanging out. I LOVE seeing that!! It was nicely decorated (Christmas decor just warms up any place, doesn't it?) and just so inviting. I engaged with the staff and caregivers to get a good feel of the place and they were all so friendly. This is a wonderful facility and your loved one would be blessed to reside here!

Words cannot express how incredibly thankful we are to have the Iris team recommended to us by Paul Markowitz w Senior Care Specialists (Paul consulted with us and helped find the perfect match!). Paula put our minds at ease and walked though the entire intake and care process. The entire Iris team has helped my father who has advanced parkinsons and dementia. That is such a difficult combination. We kept him home as long as we could and when it was no longer safe, we interviewed 12 places and Iris was by far the top choice. So many places treat memory care like a problem child and a nuisance, instead of an illness that needs help. Their caring staff, collaborative med directors and compassionate approach is just what we needed. They welcomed our family and communicate proactively with us. I can't imagine doing this without the Iris team in our court. This phase of life is so hard, and having people that love your family like you do, means the world.

My mom has lived at Iris (previously Silverado) for 3 1-2 years. I cannot stress how important this memory care facility is to me and my family. Before the pandemic, I frequently visited and became friends with many of the caregivers and residents. But when it became clear how dangerous COVID-19 would be to the residents, Iris appropriately restricted visitation. It has been difficult not seeing Mom up close and personal, but I know shes happy and safe. Her fondness for the caregivers is obvious, and the feelings are mutual. Im so very grateful to Iris for providing a safe and loving environment for my mother.

Our mother is at Iris Memory Care of Edmond. It is truly hard to place someone you love in the hands of others. Its an extremely difficult decision to make. Our family could not be more pleased than Iris in Edmond. We can sleep at night and have some peace knowing that during this painful disease our momma is treated kindly and also cared for correctly. Today, they worked themselves to the bone to have a Thanksgiving dinner for the family. It was such a wonderful experience and I hope every family with a loved one in care outside of the home has the wonderful experiences that Iris provides.

My mom is a fairly new resident of Iris Memory Care of Edmond and our family has been impressed so far. The staff are attentive and seem to really love the residents. We appreciate the care shown by the caregivers as well as the management staff. Its refreshing to find a place where our concerns are responded to. Having a family member with Alzheimers is an extremely difficult thing! When you cant take care of your loved one at home, choosing a memory care center is daunting. After searching for days I finally found a facility that seemed to offer everything I needed to make the transition from home! Iris has made it so much easier to enter this next phase! The staff is wonderful, and seem to truly care about each resident. The care is the best Ive seen! And the food is very good! I cant say enough good things about Iris!

Iris Memory Care of Turtle Creek is stunning and the updates planned are amazing. We took our residents there from Rowlett to do activities and we had so much fun! The activity department had us making donuts and pudding! The care partners that were there were extremely interactive with the residents who reside at Turtle Creek as well as the residents that I brought. We felt extremely welcomed and had a great time!
