The staff does an exceptional job of meeting the needs of the residents and relating to their families. They are personal and professional as they work each day to take care of mom. This is a challenging and painful season for mom and for me. It amazes me that they genuinely care about her and do their best to make her day more meaningful. They offer helpful suggestions, respond quickly to requests and try to make the atmosphere more homelike and engaging. There is a sign outside the door that says they work in the resident's home, and they definitely try to live up to that as they give mom dignity and value during this part of her life. I am grateful to have them, their support and investment every day. Thank you all.

This place has been amazing. The staff is wonderful with every resident. I volunteer in the activity room several days a week. Crystal and Madison do a wonderful job. They are so loving to the residents. And they truly enjoy them. It has been an answered prayer to find such a wonderful place for my mother in law.

If you want your Loved One to be happy, loved, taking care of, well fed, treated like they deserved to be treated, Legacy is the place for you Good good, plenty of snacks and alot of activities to keep them busy. My dad was at Legacy up until he passed. I volunteer at Legacy and it is a wonderful place for Alzheimer's residents.

I hate social media and very rarely post anything. This comment is in response to a negative post about Legacy Ranch I thought unfair. Between my parents, grandparents, and in-laws, I have been a part of facilities in AR, MO, and Lubbock, plus Manor Park and Legacy Ranch here in Midland. All had pluses and minuses; none were perfect. For my dear mother with Alzheimer’s, I chose LEGACY RANCH and have never regretted my decision. The charge nurses have been competent and caring, most of the care givers have the patience of Job as they care for the resident’s daily physical needs, housekeeping and maintenance work diligently to keep things clean, and the activity directors show uncommon love for each resident and do their best to fill the days with challenging and fun activities. My mother has been at Legacy Ranch 2 ½ years. I visit there 2 -3 hours almost every day and see what goes on in many areas. Just like you and me, there is always room for improvement, but I know Legacy Ranch strives daily to make their facility the best it can be. Legacy Ranch is a wonderful memory care home, and I am thankful for the care provided for my mother. Kat Coffman 4/1/2022

Our relationship with Legacy Ranch began when searching for a memory care facility for my mom. My father was living in a different memory care facility but I was not considering moving them together. Cecelia and Kimberly met with me on several occasions and their team developed a plan for my parents to live in the same facility but yet remain separated. The day of the planned move for my dad was complicated by an unscheduled medical procedure on his lumbar fractures. This was suppose to happen early In the morning but turned out to be much later. Kimberly was in constant contact with me regarding transportation and concern for my dad. We finally arrived at the facility at 8:30 pm and we were greeted by staff who transported and settled my dad to his room. My mom was wandering around and recognized us but when it came time for us to leave, the staff gently and compassionately redirected her to her room. I felt confident and at peace about leaving my parents in a facility. Every time I visit my parents, my mom is always participating in the activities and seems to be enjoying herself.
