Plantation Manor has been in business for years. It's not a fancy ultra modern facility however the management, nurses, physical therapy personnel, and all other staff are fantastic. It has a homey feel and the meals are nutritious and are very good. I would definitely recommend Plantation Manor to anyone needing this care, whether shirt term for rehab or long term.

Extremely wonderful staff!! Everyone is so kind and friendly! They treated my mother like family. Never made her feel less then or like a burden! They have so many activities for everyone to do. The physical therapy team are on there A game! It's clean! But I give a Huge shout out to the nurses who cared for my mother, They went above and beyond!

My father was in four different facilities the last six months of his life. We thank the Lord that Plantation Manor was his last stay. Though only a month or so, the staff and management showed us what a nursing home should be. It is the care and attention that your loved one deserves . He had been in large, very well appointed facilities that looked like a mansion and promised big things with activities and choice of meals. Plantation Manor trumped them all by making my father a member of their family. Thanks to Gavin, Janelle, Robin, Devin, and many more too numerous to name but very worthy of being mentioned.

This a superb facility. I have lived here for two weeks and already I can tell you I love it here. The staff is competent, friendly and accommodating. Without question, the culinary experience is exemplary and second to none. My complements to the chef! Management has over 14 years experience and Jeannine is quite proficient in that position. The residents are all polite, considerate and conversant on most topics and it is a distinct pleasure to be around them. This is a quiet and delightful place to live and has my highest recommendation.

Concerned staff who communicate well with sponsor and other family members. The business office and administrative office are exceptionally helpful and always go the extra mile for my dad. The facility is exceptionally clean and always odor-free. Staff knowledgeable about family family dynamics and accommodations made when necessary. Daddy is up and appropriately dressed as well as well-groomed. Barber on site. The owner is visible and accessible to families. Nothing has ever gone missing from his effects, or snacks, etc from his room. Our family sings so the staff always make it easy to get daddy upstairs to the piano in the generous size day room. Our only complaint is the facility needs cosmetic upgrading.

My husband was placed in Plantation Manor approximately 1.5 months ago. Our family is so thankful that we found them. Everyone from head nurse on down has been far above and beyond anything we could have expected. We love Plantation Manor and its employees!!!!!!!!

My 86 yr old father-in-law was in skilled nursing here for 3 months before he passed away, and he had the BEST care. The entire staff loved him dearly and wept with us when he passed. He was always clean and content, well fed, and well taken care of. His medical needs and rehab were done in-house and it was really convenient for us and we liked the health professionals they partnered with. I just can't say enough wonderful things about Plantation Manor. My loved one was at Somerby, then Monark Grove's memory care facility prior to going to Plantation Manor, and while no place is going to be perfect, I can 100% attest to the staff and management being so much better than the other 2 places he lived! Communication was always great, the food was also so good. I can tell they must have a grandma in the kitchen cooking up good southern homemade food. Everyone was always eating well! Thank you to PM staff and management for making the last 3 months of my father-in-laws life as good as it could have been considering his failing health. My family will forever be grateful.

My mom has been at Plantation Manor for almost a year and I don’t think I have ever seen her as happy and well as she is now! She says everyone treats her very good and they all seem like family. I get an email weekly of events and updates that are happening in the facility so I feel very informed of what’s going on. Also, I love all the improvements that are being made on the outside and the inside of the building! Way to go Plantation Manor

When growing up, I had a wonderful next door neighbor. She was my second mom. She had been at plantation manor for almost a year. They are taking great care of her. Even during these tough times with covid19, they are making it easy to schedule window visits. When covid19 cases spiked in alabama, they began doing FaceTime. They make it so very easy. Additionally, I have been through all of the seasons now and they do such a great job of decorating the place to add festive cheer for their patients. All of the staff have been so extremely nice to me and to my neighbor. I can tell the staff really love taking care of these people and are trying to make life as good as possible for them. My neighbor is doing very well there.

Just put my father in law in their care about a month ago. They have been the best to work with. Very knowledgeable in their field and patience galore! I feel so much better about this decision knowing he's in one of the best facilities and knowing that they care. Thank you so much Robin!

My husband has been in this facility almost a year. He has been in three other facilities before this one. The director is very skilled at managing this facility and it’s staff. The staff are very kind to the residents and have heard that from others who had people in this facility. The food is better, not perfect, the care is more personal, and is well thought of by the professional community.

Seem to be attentive to permanent residences so that is a plus for them. The rehabilitation team is awesome. That’s their best attribute.

I recently moved my Mom to Plantation Manor in the Memory Care facility. This is a great facility staffed by people who truly care. They take good care of the residents and have activities for them every day. They only have 32 beds so the care is very personal, like family. The food is very good. The Admin Nurse who manages the facility is awesome. A truly caring person who also has the savvy to appropriately manage the place. We feel very fortunate to have found both Plantation Manor and Robin. Although it is close to my Mom's home we had not heard of it. I was made aware of it when working with Kathryn at "A Place for Mom".
