I'm pleased with most things. I would like the monthly rental payment posted earlier. Example May 27 to June 1. If it is not posted until the first, and I am unable to access the portal, my payment may be late. Thank you.This is much better with the new process

Apartment is great! But the lack of assistance from office when I called was terrible. Over the 15 months there have called 20 to 25 times with issues and never received a call back from staff. Always ended up driving 26 miles to Carmel office to resolve the issue. No office on site at this apartment complex.

UPDATE. Still no better. Slow maintenance. Emails never answered and now are over charging on utilities. Will be checking this out to get an explanation.

I only have one suggestion/complaint. I wish they would have curb-side trash pick-up rather than the dumpsters. Being an Independent Senior Living Community, I know that taking trash to the dumpster is difficult for a lot of seniors, especially in inclement weather.

Robyn was hired and I went to talk to her and told her that I had a bad experience for 2.5?weeks, no lease, no mail box key, cabinet door flew off and vertical blinds don't work. I still don't have lease or given Whatcwebsite the text referred to to get a login to pay rent. She had most fixed the next day-kudos to Robyn

Assisted my parents moving there. Wonderful staff assisted with everything to make it an extremely simple process. While the lease itself is a large document it is actually extremely reasonable and you can avoid the insanity of first, last and deposits, etc. They make it extremely simple and the property is great!! Highly reccomended!

My wife Kathy and I have resided here at Summerlake Meadows since 9-01-2019. We wholeheartedly agree that moving here was a great decision. The property is very well constructed and excellently maintained. It is quiet and safe here, plus its conveniently located.The property management has been exceptional and very responsive to all of our questionsMany thanks to Corrie Case and Keith Dedrick who are most professional and courteous!
