They consistently go above and beyond to brighten everyone's day and create a positive, caring environment. The building is always clean, well-maintained, and smells wonderful. The outdoor spaces are serene, peaceful, and provide a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. What truly stands out is how dedicated the team is to resident engagement. They take the time to listen to residents and ensure activities are meaningful, enjoyable, and tailored to their interests. It's clear that resident happiness and quality of life are top priorities at Oxford Villa.

Where to start? Several tours, innumerable questions, all before ever signing a contract, and we are sold! Every resident we've spoken with gives glowing reviews. Des goes above and beyond, has direct answers or gets the answer quickly, and never has made us feel rushed or like we are bothering her or taking to much of her time. No pressure sales, which we appreciated! Moving in soon- it's a big move and a difficult one. Des is doing everything she can to help ease the transition.

I recently had the privilege of having a tour of Oxford Villa. It was my first experience in my journey towards independent living. Des was my tour guide and she was very delightful as we're other staff and residents. There was positive energy everywhere we went! The facility is very beautiful and clean and very well taken care of. They have a nice variety of sizes and layouts in their apartments. Activities ranged from card games to Bible studies to walking groups and much more! They even have wonderful outside entertainment that comes in to perform. Something for everyone! Their meals looked very delicious and were well prepared. Residents have a choice to eat most of their meals in the eating area or they could fix all of their meals in their apartment. They also have an option to do both as desired. Overall, I was very impressed with Oxford Villa. Thank you to Des for being an excellent tour guide and had answers for all of my questions. I hope that in the future it will work out for me to live at Oxford Villa. As I mentioned earlier, this was.my first visit in my search for independent living and Oxford Villa has set the bar very high! That's a good thing! Thank you so much again for the wonderful tour! Wonderful community, just moved my mom in and I wouldn’t have her move just anywhere. We worked with Des mostly but today, we did the move-in with Shauna, we have seen other smiling staff members and the residents, especially, were a huge factor in making the move- they all bragged about living there. Informative, comprehensive, and professional tour, yet friendly, and tailored to our individual needs. When a vacant apartment of a certain size wasn’t available they ask for a current resident to volunteer to show their apartment. Turned out to be a friend and she gave us a glowing report on the facility and staff. Their “ala carte” pricing makes their great facility and many amenities attractive. We will definitely keep Oxford in mind.

Hi. Coming from another state I was nervous but was pleasantly surprised with how friendly the residents were and made me feel right at home! The staff are the best! They are always so sweet, friendly and ready to help. They listen to your jokes and problems too. And are eager to share a laugh with you. The concierge will do anything to help, maintenance takes care of things quickly. The staff is great about bringing new people that fit right in and brings us new friends. We have superb entertainment come in. It’s a beautiful community here, I’ve never heard an unkind word. I think I’ll stay a long while!

Oxford Villa has the most amazing staff. We knew immediately it was a place my dad would enjoy. The transition was very easy, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere. He feels right at home and is really enjoying the activities, friendly residents and loving staff. My teenage daughter loves going to visit her grandpa and she also enjoys visiting with the staff and residents. They always greet our family and make us feel so welcome. We are so grateful to have found Oxford and we very highly recommend it.

From the first visit to Oxford Villa and all subsequent visits, I can honestly say there is not a friendlier staff when it comes to independent living options in Wichita! Oxford Villa Apartments are wonderful! In the past, I never dreamed I could afford to live in such a beautiful facility as this. The decor is stunning, but more importantly, the staff is awesome! They are friendly, and take very seriously their role in addressing our needs. numerous activities fill each day. Holidays are observed, and we have had some top notch entertainment such as speakers Larry Hatteberg, a Harlem Globetrotter, the mayor of Wichita, as well as as a variety of musical concerts including a Dixieland Band, country, gospel, classical, and a Polka Band. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our facility!

My parents moved to Oxford last August and couldn’t be happier! It was a perfect solution that let them keep their independence while not having the responsibilities that go along with home ownership and maintenance. The staff at Oxford is so friendly and ready to help. We enjoyed all the Christmas decorations done by residents and love the feel of community. Even though I live close it gives me a feeling of security knowing they are not truly alone and they have the opportunity of great meals if they don’t want to cook. I would highly recommend Oxford to any seniors looking for a top quality residence!

I have been a resident for 2 years and I'm very satisfied with the friendliness and many programs that keep us busy. We have a bus that will take us to dr appts and we eat out once a week at a local restaurant of our choosing. We have happy hour on Thursday afternoons which is a good social get together. We also have exercise programs which keep us in shape. We play cards and games, etc. We can be as busy as we want to be or just rest, and we have a wonderful staff!!

My mom moved into Oxford Villa a year and a half ago & it was the BEST thing we could have done for her ! She had an experience a year before that, at a different independent living complex here in Wichita that was NOT good, and literally for about $300 more a month it is like night & day!! The staff is wonderful, they continually go above & beyond to help mom & we could not ask for a better place for mom. The activities are a blast, there is always something to do & they excel at creating “community”. They think of the little things that most places do not think of. For Example, there is a VERY nice, sturdy & well Maintained CHILDREN’s PLAY AREA so when the Great Grand kids come over we have a place to take them to play!!! (See picture ) What kind of SENIOR Living place thinks that much about family ??!! We are very pleased with Oxford Villa & highly recommend it !

Oxford Villa Senior Active Apartments is a great place to live. You still have your independence but none of the worries of owning a home. The activities provided are plentiful and you can choose to partake in all or choose your favorites. All of the staff here are wonderful, caring people who make us feel secure and happy to live here. The fact that they allow small animals here was a must to us. They treat and spoil our dogs like they are their own. Can't say enough about how good this place is to live!

Oh my gosh.... I Love, Love, Love Kelsey Banwart, the Community Sales Director, for Oxford. She is always happy, upbeat and makes everyone feel extra special. She comes to our senior center once a month and does an activity with our members and they have so much fun. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Oxford Villas. The apartments are well designed with a variety of floor plans at reasonable rent rates. My mom enjoys living in an active senior environment, without having to pay the overhead of an assisted living facility for service and care that she doesn't need at this stage of her life. She has lived there for almost 4 years. There is always something going on and she has made lots of friends since she moved out of her house of nearly 30 years. She not longer has the headache of keeping up her home and feels secure at "the villas". The staff at Oxford genuinely cares for the well-being of the residents and making it a very fun and safe place to live.
