Great place for anyone 55+. A beautiful setting, not an apartment building, single store brick units, mature trees, nice landscaping all combines to offer a comfortable environment. Moved my mother here a year ago and it really changed her life for the better. Lot of activities organized by management, other activities organized by the residents, weekly free transportation to grocery, driver even brings the groceries into the unit. Really friendly people here. Gina, the manager, does a wonderful job staying on top of maintenance and really cares about the residents.

I lived at Forest Villas and experienced a wonderful living environment in a 1 bedoom. Gina and Lisa are amazing and assisted me with everything I needed . I didn't know what to expect in a 55 and older community. The Villas are spacious and the appliances are very nice. The grounds are well maintained simple georgeous .The neighbors in the community were friendly. I actually met a few new friends. I would refer this community to anyone 55 and older. I really actually felt safe in the environment All the stores in the area are convenient. They have activities if you choose to participate. Forest Oaks is just a all around nice place to live. Thank you Gina & Lisa for a great experience of senior living.

Gina is the best she is awesome very professional and a very caring person about her tenants.I loved living there. Lisa is also great and does a great job.I recommend this property to everyone cause not only is the staff awesome but so is maintance and they keep the property very well kept.

I love living at Forest Oaks Villas. I've been here 10 months and can't say enough good things about living here. Lisa, in the front office, was the first person I met and she was and is a great asset to the community. Made everything very easy for me. Gina, the manager, is also a great asset to our community and ensures everything runs smoothly. Maintenance crew are the best. Many things to do here - library, bingo, monthly pot luck luncheons, heated pool, bus to pick you up and take to Walmart one week and then the next week to Publix/Target. Great friendly neighbors. Looking forward to being here a long time. Thank you to the property owners for all the current updates they have done. Everything looks WONDERFUL.

Living at Forest Oaks Villas is very rewarding. It's a small, safe community that lends itself to a peaceful environment. Everyone is friendly and respectful of your privacy. The property is beautiful and well kept. Gina and Lisa work flawlessly together. The Management and maintenance team are very organized and involved with any and all concerns that a tenant may encounter.

Absolutely love living here. The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Any issues with the apartment are quickly resolved. Maintenance guys are great. Neighbors are friendly and the grounds are well maintained. Gina and Lisa are wonderful. Hope to be able to live here for many years.

I have lived at Forest oaks for over 10 years… It is a very quiet and enjoyable place to live… While the property has always been well-maintained, I have to acknowledge that recent improvements have been outstanding… Examples of these improvements include: paving the driving and parking areas, replacing the filter at the swimming pool (making the pool outstanding), and illuminated addressing on each building… Many kudos to the management team led by Gina for a job well done!!!!!

Quiet, convenient location near shopping plaza (3/4 mile) which is an easy exercise walk or bike ride for me at 74. Staff makes it easy to live here. Maintenance and problems that arise always quickly resolved by staff and ladies in office all of whom are friendly and professional. Here 3 yrs, good neighbors plus competitive rents make this where I'll continue my retirement.

Call and enquired about an apt , Gina gave us an appointment for the following week. Lisa showed up around the complex and told us what was available in the upcoming 60 days. Signed intent, hold on the 2bd 2ba apt. My husband and I signed lease 2 months later, so far everyone we meet is nice and friendly, as we walk drivers wave to you. You have an assigned parking spot by your apartment.

I've been at Forest Oaks for 4 years and love it. Initially in the 2b/2b for 3 years & am now in the large 1 bedroom and just ready to sign another lease. Both units are lovely and in my opinion this is a wonderful place to live. Apart from the fact that everything here has GREAT CURB APPEAL, the staff are amazing!! Lisa and Gina are great. If you have any issue they respond immediately if it's within their purview. Any maintenance request is dealt with right away as Steve and David are wonderful and very trustworthy. I feel safe here and seriously can't say enough about these folks - You should check it out.

Don't be swayed by the free cable, trash, and water. Look a little deeper, these buildings are almost 40 years old with NO insulation, SINGLE pane windows, and 30-year-old A/C's. Appliances are furnished but none are energy efficient, When the summer heat kicks in the A/C never stops running and the windows, because of the single panes are covered in moisture. As the old saying goes no matter how much makeup you put on a pig it's still a pig. Again look past the freebies and look at the real cost.

I just paid a deposit for an apt here and I could not have had a better experience. I was worried when I read the reviews but I dealt with Lisa and Gina and both of them could not have been nicer. Lisa took her time n showed me around on the cart n I absolutely loved the grounds and the apt!!!! I found her to be very personable n relatable!!! I look forward to many good years here!!!

The Help Desk at Forest Oaks Villas Apartments was great. Everyone is extremely friendly and hospitable, especially Jesse. His willingness to help, fortitude to get the job done and kind spirit by far made the process easier. If you ever need a place to stay, I would definitely choose Forest Oaks Villas Apartments and ask for Jesse !
