They are remodeling the whole building, but the same stinky people will still be there. My hallway is straight cat pee. And they will not fix it

I love it here. I appreciate that there are places like this, for older and disabled persons. I am happy to say, I have no bug problem, thanks to the exterminator and my application of boric acid based products. The TROOST Maxx, is minutes away. There are ice cream socials, bingo, and donuts and coffee, in most months. I am so thankful that I am 62, and that I didn't go homeless, again. Thanks to the Management here that worked hard too get me in. The staff is nice to tolerate my mentally ill outbursts! In the whole, I am counting my blessings. Thank You

I like my apartment i just moved in this apartment two months ago onmay 20th it's coo with me I hope I don't get bed bugs mice and roaches I'm not going to break my lease or move to a another apartment I'm staying here for permanent

The management here is very rude and often send threatening and menacing letters to all the residents. It is not unusual to get an eviction notice for simple issues that could be otherwise resolves. THere are no actvivities even before covid and no security. Drugs are a major problem as well as management seems to be selecctive and favor the criminals it seems.

There way only even if you didn't do something. But it's ok for drunks to party hard in the parking lot. I loved some of the great people there and yes I broke the lease but how can you have a place you can't let a family member use your key if you're unable to even walk to the elevator and one of the managers said things about my daughter that were degrading and so untrue. Mantince was a joke I had problems with my window the only one they decided to come on the coldest day of the year in February and left window open for almost an hour while they had to go fix something else the window was never fixed right mold was all over the window I have pictures to prove it to

Ive been living here at Plaza Apartments for 7 years and my experience here has been pleasant. Yes several years ago there was a slight prob lem with little critters but management pinpointed where the problem was coming from and it has been under control since. Now the building smoke free and the smokers have a designated area. The only reason Im moving is to be closer to my Church thats CHURCH OF GOD 5501 BLUE RIDGE CUT OFF. Other than that my stay here has been very pleasant. I give Plaza Apartments two thumbs .
