I moved in here 8 years ago. Therefore, I was the first person in this apartment. I'll probably die here. It is spectacularly GOOD ENOUGH! The units come with a Washer and Dryer! The grounds keeping company does a great job of keeping the area looking crisp and clean. The property manager and the maintenance man keep it humming along. My cat, Sophie gives it 4 paws up.
